Enable renewal of interlibrary loans via My Library Account
It is confusing to users that they can renew some items on loan to them via My Library Account, but not inter-library loans. We would like a configurable Renew option available for inter-library loans in My Library Account. If a user clicked this option, the request for renewal from the user would populate a tasklist in Alma for resource sharing staff to action. Analytics for count of resource sharing requests made via Course Reserves citations
We'd like to be able to see analytics data for resource sharing requests placed via Course Reserves citations. We are told by Support that this is not currently supported, and it was suggested that we create an idea here.

Offer same Row Actions List options from the results list on both Scan In Items tabs
It would be useful to be able to cancel a request and edit items from the results list in the Change Item Information tab of Scan In Items, like you currently can from the Scan In Items tab. It's confusing that both editing items and cancelling requests necessitate a Scan In Item tab change.

Alma TPRS - allow direct delivery without showing borrower email address to the lending library.
Currently the recommended config for TPRS ALMA delivery is to make the use of Alma RS Library email address as the recipient, and library staff then mediate, upload.
i.e. UNCHECK "Supports ADD Address'.
Partner > TPRS broker > Parameters > Alternative Delivery Address > Supports ADD Address (uncheck)This workflow requires library staff from the borrowing side to pick up the article from Library email, then upload the pdf back to the original Borrowing Request to the client (using Alma Letter with Amazon server controlled delivery -i.e. x number of downloads within x number of days).

Auto update to Resource Locate Status
When we purchase a material thought the request from Leganto, after the item is delivered and processed by Library, the Resources Locate Status is still "Resource Located" but not "Check Availability", it is necessary to make the Alma update automatically.

Designate location for Restore Temporary Shelved Items job
We've recently begun investigating Due Back Date functionality and using the Requests - Restore Temporary Shelved Items job to help manage restoring temporarily shelved items more consistently and less manually. Currently, there is no option to designate a specific temporary location for the Requests - Restore Temporary Shelved Items job to pull from, so All items in a temporary location with a due back date in the past are processed with this job.

Alma - direct / static link to rs resource sharing form
We simply need a link to the rs form we can send via email or put in a web page. This link link should automatically ask for authentication.
Right now this is possibile only using PDS authentication[1]. Which is however about to be discontinued by the end of the year. We switched to SAML and Alma based integration profiles in Primo, so we can have only the link to RS form as menu link in Primo, but we have no way to have a have a static / direct link.6 votesThe form is usable also in Primo VE, where it does not rely on PDS as a means of authentication.

Add SIP2 Bin rule parameter for Fulfillment Notes
It would be useful if the Alma internal SIP2 Bin rules were a little more granular, i.e. to help pass a different BIN number if there is a Fulfillment Note present.
Although there are SIP fields which can be used for this at the sorter machine logic level, it would be useful to be able to use Alma's own granular item information to distinguish the sort for requested or transiting items for those with fulfillment notes and those without.

Alternative work order behavior - Usage should be departmental, not individual
We would like an alternative to how work orders work now. We want the department (or “agent”) to initiate the request, rather than an individual using their own personal account. So that usage is calculated as “departmental” or work order, rather than the individual.

Add Scan in message with "Cancel" option for items currently on loan
A common mistake when working with "Scan in" is to accidentally scan in the same item twice. When working with home deliveries, this means the first scan in will loan the item out to the patron, while the second scan in will return it again. This alone might be a problem, but it gets even worse when there are requests for the item. Ensure invoice lines always appear in the right order on the Purchase Order Lines page of the new UI
There is a tendency of the new Alma UI to scramble the order in which invoice lines appear on the Purchase Order Lines page. We would like to request a permanent rectification of this.
Scenario:
1) Staff member searches for an PO Line.
2) They click the Edit option for the search result, and from the Purchase Order Lines page which comes up they select the Invoice Lines tab.
3) The invoice lines are correctly ordered with the latest invoice at the top and the previous payments follow going back in time.

Out of Stock Orders - Rialto
Out of Stock Orders (adding here as per response when posted on Rialto Idea Exchange by Clarivate staff)
When a Rialto item is not currently in stock it doesn’t reflect on the Order (POL) and the status is Sent. Is there something that could be done so that the Rialto status reflects in Alma’s order status? Otherwise, these orders will continue to have the status ‘Sent’. Ability to put Mailto links in electronic portfolios within a collection.
We have vendors that have lots of individual titles that are associated with different products. We create electronic collections and add the portfolios. Users must email the provider to request an ID. While you can add a URL, you cannot add a mailto link in the general electronic service.

Sort option required for Vendor Account in Vendor Details > Invoice tab
When navigating to a Vendor record and clicking on the Invoice tab, it's immediately apparent that one can sort several columns in ascending/descending alphabetic or numeric order:
- Invoice
- Date
- Creation From
- Creation Date
- Last Updated Date
- # of Lines
- Total Price
The one column that seems to be missing the up/down arrows that would facilitate sorting is Vendor Account. Why is this?

Lost in Transit Items Alert
I would love it if we could get an alert sent to the task list widget for staff in charge of fulfillment when an item has been in transit too long ("too long" as defined by the institution could be set somewhere in config settings). This would then alert the staff member to check shelves, and if not found on local shelves, contact the other institution to ask them to check theirs. If the staff member alerted wanted someone else to follow up on things, they could assign it to another user.

Optional Campus Restriction on Personal Delivery

Borrowing receival - adjusting hold shelf letter
Automatic update of letters sent after receipt of an ILL (Borrowing Requests > Receive), the FulPlaceOnHoldShelfLetter for all kinds of requests, when using (one of) the following two fields:
- Entered request cost

Add the translations of library name, location name and so on into Analytics
For facilitating the Analytics Report with local language, request adding the translation of library name, location name and so on into Analytics. Current workaround, which is uploading external data into Data Visualization, cannot fit the situation which has the name changes quite often. Enhance SUSHI admin job reports with additional details for troubleshooting purposes
Are there plans for ExLibris to bulk up the details provided in the admin jobs reports for executed SUSHI requests? The admin reports currently lack any meaningful details that will help with re-formatting/ troubleshooting usage report errors. Manual usage report uploads that fail will list the errors and give the specific columns/ rows that were problematic but the admin job reports provides don't include this information. Instead you have to contact ExLibris Support with the relevant process ID number to get that information which is cumbersome and time-consuming.

Batch modification of fulfillment unit service information
We need to update some or all of our location fulfillment Unit of all of our library.
Unfortunately, the Update Location API does not support bulk updates for multiple locations in a single request. Each API call is limited to a single location code.
