Please show the actual price the library will pay (print items) in RIALTO. It is difficult to make purchasing decisions without knowing the cost.

"In your lists" tag hyperlinked to take you directly to the list in question.
When looking at a record in Alma that flags up as "In your lists," it would be really helpful if the "In your lists" tag is hyperlinked to take you to the list in question so that comments can be added etc. At the moment it doesn't even tell you which list it is in, and to get to them you have to go to the My Lists link and look for it.

Add a button/method to have Rialto follow-up on an existing order without having to submit a case with support.
Primarily thinking of items that have not been filled after a reasonable amount of time and do not have any updates (i.e. claimed from publisher, not yet published, not yet activated, etc) if there was a button to ask Rialto to provide a status update, this would be great.

"My Lists" should include a total cost option
We frequently need to order with a strict cap on funds. When utilizing Rialto's "My Lists" to plan purchases, it would be helpful if the list could show a "Total Cost" for items in the list. Otherwise, we need to add items to the Shopping Cart, see the total, go back to the list and adjust until we've added the proper amount of orders to the cart. Or we can do the math outside of the system. It would simplify and speed up the Rialto ordering process if "My Lists" included a "Total Cost" option.

Per user feeds
Rialto should support per user feeds that are useable only by users that they are assigned to. This will create a less cluttered experience for selectors that are only interested in their own feeds.

Automatic template updates at Fiscal Rollover
Automatic updates for templates with new funds for the upcoming fiscal year. Currently, only those who created the templates can update the funds, which can create some logistical issues.

Add a Shipping Time Facet to Marketplace search results
Please add a Shipping Time facet to results from a Marketplace search. In this way selectors can quickly know if items are "In Stock, Usually ships within a few days" or will take longer to ship. I always look for this when selecting titles. This facet will make the process much easier. Thanks.

Restrict funds in cart
We want to restrict funds available for selectors, so that they can only view funds assigned to them. This will simplify selection of funds, reducing errors and limiting access to sensitive information.

Upgrade ProQuest Ebook Central Licenses within Rialto
It is currently not possible to upgrade ProQuest ebook licenses within Rialto. Instead, users must go to LibCentral to do this. We should be able to do this in Rialto.

Viewing the pdf invoice in Rialto
Previously in Oasis, we were able to download the pdf of the physical invoice that was sent. We would like to be able to click on a pdf link to download the pdf invoice from Rialto. It would be helpful in comparing the physical invoice to the invoice generated in Alma from Rialto.

Add filters to order history to allow sorting by order status such as not yet published/backordered, claimed from publisher, etc.
I'd like a quick way to sort orders by order status without having to open each one. A filter for not yet published/backordered and another for claimed from publisher would be a great start. Also adding some sort of notification or filter for items that have had a change in publication date (i.e. originally due in December, new date is May)

Return to point in Recommendations list after going back from viewing Library Activity. Currently 'back' takes you to the start of a list.

More information on publisher permissions for each ebook in Rialto Marketplace.
More complete information on publisher permissions for ebooks would be helpful. For example, (1) if printing or saving is allowed, and, if so, the number of pages allowed to be printed or saved, (2) if copying/pasting is allowed, and (3) if downloading is allowed, the number of pages that are allowed to be downloaded.

Streamlined platform license activation
Rialto administrators should be able to request activation for new platforms from within Railto. This will streamline the process for setting up new platforms that we'd like to order from.

Add tracking numbers to Rialto order history
Add (shipping) tracking numbers to the order history details panel.
'Shipped to customer' is already one of the statuses - add a tracking number and link so that we can track the shipments.

Hide vendor notes from selectors
Remove the ability for selector roles to be able to add vendor notes, as this can delay orders and notes tend to be added by approvers.

Remove delays for duplicate orders
Currently electronic portfolios are delayed from becoming active when identified as a duplicate by the system, even when they are requested from rapid partners.
It should not matter if an item is a duplicate or not they should still be activated in keeping with service agreements.
