Discounted Price in RIALTO
Please show the actual price the library will pay (print items) in RIALTO. It is difficult to make purchasing decisions without knowing the cost.

Add a button/method to have Rialto follow-up on an existing order without having to submit a case with support.
Primarily thinking of items that have not been filled after a reasonable amount of time and do not have any updates (i.e. claimed from publisher, not yet published, not yet activated, etc) if there was a button to ask Rialto to provide a status update, this would be great.

Allow multiple holdings on the same import job
Multiple copies for the same title under different library locations processed on the same import job, fail to update bib correctly.
When multiple bib records within the same import job for the same title are imported from the system, only the first record from the file is merged with the bib record, and all subsequent records (for other libraries or locations) are matched and skipped.

Viewing the pdf invoice in Rialto
Previously in Oasis, we were able to download the pdf of the physical invoice that was sent. We would like to be able to click on a pdf link to download the pdf invoice from Rialto. It would be helpful in comparing the physical invoice to the invoice generated in Alma from Rialto.

Add filters to order history to allow sorting by order status such as not yet published/backordered, claimed from publisher, etc.
I'd like a quick way to sort orders by order status without having to open each one. A filter for not yet published/backordered and another for claimed from publisher would be a great start. Also adding some sort of notification or filter for items that have had a change in publication date (i.e. originally due in December, new date is May)

Make "In Your Institution" clearer
It would be great if we could more clearly differentiate when we hold the current edition listed in the marketplace verses a previous edition. We don't want to see items in a feed when we already hold a current edition, but we're likely to update editions when we already hold previous editions. Right now the amount of clicking needed and the location of that information is difficult for selectors to find.

Hide available balance
Add the ability to hide/remove the available balance of funds for the fund in the cart.

Out-of-Print book availability
One of the more frustrating aspects currently when selectors order back titles is that the titles frequently end up unfulfilled. When ordered in a competitor's system these titles would have been sourced through a rather robust out-of-print network of vendors that ensured availability for these back titles (such as Alibris or Abebooks). It would be great to see such a service incorporated in Rialto so that these titles do not go from ordered>>back ordered>>backorder duration reached, order canceled.

Hide vendor notes from selectors
Remove the ability for selector roles to be able to add vendor notes, as this can delay orders and notes tend to be added by approvers.

Have more control over the Shelving Library/Location drop down list
Currently the Shelving Library/Location drop down list cannot be changed and it appears to be in order of when a library was created in Alma.
We would prefer the order to be either:
-alphabetical order
-alphabetical order, with the logged in users home library at the top (as is the order when placing requests in Alma fulfillment).
This would make it easier for selectors to find the library they want to order for.We would also like the ability to exclude libraries from this list. Currently our eResources library displays.
16 votesWe will take a look at the out-of-order library list in Shelving Library/Location. This appears to be a defect--in the future you can report these to Support directly if you'd like.
Regarding hiding libraries, you can scope your user roles to the relevant ordering library/libraries and it will only show libraries and locations that that ordering library has "Acquire For" relationships with. Add vendor account information to the EDI file
Currently, EDI files for Rialto do not include the vendor account information, requiring us to manually enter this information for each invoice. This requires numerous extra clicks in order to close invoices. Per Alma's documentation, this information can be automatically populated using the RFF+API input field. We would like the EDI configuration updated to include this field.

Alma suppressed titles - show as held by institution
We'd like the ability to customize so that suppressed titles do not show as "in our institution". Right now, if you exclude titles from your institution, you don't get new editions in our feeds. So is there a way that new editions can be differentiated?

Trouble with one-time orders when invoice line total price is lower than the PO Line total price
For Rialto one-time orders, if the invoice line total price is lower than the PO Line total price, Alma does not update the order and invoice correctly. Alma does not release the remaining encumbrance, nor does it update the Invoice Status to Fully Invoiced and the POL status to Closed. You can run three Alma jobs to release the encumbrance and fix the statuses, but we believe 1) Alma should do this automatically instead of requiring customers to run jobs or 2) Ex Libris should offer the ability to release the encumbrance just like it does now with continuous orders.

Option to share list with all Rialto users
Currently, individual users must be assigned to shared lists. This is a huge waste of time in large libraries where there are more than 30 users with specific Rialto roles. Ideally there would be an option to share lists with all rialto selectors, orderers, admin, etc. The option can even define groups based on user roles. This option should also work when a list should no longer be shared. Instead of clicking on a few dozen Xs, there should be the option to revert the list back to private.

Reporting code selection
After the March update, we are seeing a drop down with radio buttons for the reporting code field. You must select the reporting code and then click off of the drop down in order for the drop down to disappear. This is not efficient when working through the orders. Since this is new behavior implemented by the Rialto developers, we would like to have the ability to disable this feature and regress back to the original behavior which is being able to select recently used or selecting the code then having the drop down disappear after the selection.

Ability to configure purchase forms in Alma
Add the ability to configure the purchase forms used in the cart by selectors.
At the moment you can change what fields are viewed as default by your institution but they can be reselected by an individual user creating their own view.
For example we do not use item policy and we do not want all users being able to send notes to vendors from this form.

Internal item specific notes for titles on lists
It would be great if internal notes could be added to specific items that have been added to lists, with only ppl with access to said list(s) able to see the notes. This feature would be useful for rush/reserve/replacement/special orders when the selector needs to communicate information specific to the item.

Allow Super Selectors to duplicate order templates
The Super Selector role can create order templates. Super Selectors should also be able to duplicate order templates to save time in creating their own since order templates often share many of the same field entries.
