Commit to Retain popup option in Collection Development workflows
In both the Deselection and Retention workflows, the Commit to Retain action immediately removes the recommendation from the list. If multiple actions need to be applied to an item (for example, changing the location), attention must be paid to the order in which these actions are performed.
The request is to add a pop-up allowing the user to choose whether the item should continue to appear in the recommendations list or not—exactly as when adding it to an itemized set.

Add the weeding date when withdrawing an item in Deselection Workflow
In the Deselection Workflow, an item can be removed directly from the recommendations list via the ‘Withdraw from Repository’ action. The usual alerts regarding how to handle the holding and the bibliographic record are displayed before the deletion can be confirmed.
The request is to add an option to specify a Weeding Date, defaulting to the current date, without having to edit the item before requesting the withdrawal.

Add alert notification for expired weeding dates in Collection Development workflows
While testing Retention and Deselection workflows, we started using the "Item sequence for Weeding" configuration for the first time. This feature is valuable for colleagues planning deselection, who operate within the Collection Development workflow and assign future weeding dates to sets of items.
However, users reported a major usability issue: when a weeding date expires, there is no alert or notification (similar to a due-date alert). As a result, deselection tasks can be missed or delayed.
Request:
Add an alert/notification mechanism for expired weeding dates within the tasks list. This would improve task visibility, support timely actions, and increase workflow…38 votes -
Need easier way to navigate between lists and Alma searching
One cannot call up a list of new titles for review in Rialto and then search Alma for local usage of the same authors and subjects without losing one’s place on the original title alerts list. Resulting in multiple clicks to get back to one’s place on the list. In this common collection development scenario, the inability to perform Alma searches while reviewing an alerts list is an unexpected hindrance.
