Added detail to badges
We sometimes see the badge "in your institution" for an item in the marketplace, but when looking at the detailed holdings information, it's actually a different edition or format. It would be helpful to have an alternate badge in those cases: something like "in your institution- mismatched ISBN", "in your institution- alternate edition", or "in your institution- alternate format". This way, we could tell at a glance whether we owned the exact edition or format we're looking to purchase.9 votes
Additional CDI Information at point of order
Please create an indicator / icon on what level the item is indexed within CDI when ordering. it would be useful to know if a provider is adding their chapter-level metadata to the CDI index and which ones are not. This would drive which platform we would purchase from.8 votes
Improved list functionality
We don't have selectors, but do have several librarians that send us curated recommendations for purchase. Because of this, we use lists to share items recommended for purchase instead of carts. As our list of lists grows, it would be helpful to be able to organize lists into folders to keep them better organized. It would also be helpful to be notified of updates to shared lists. Updates any time an item was added would be cumbersome, so the optimal solution would be to add a "send list" button that would alert a chosen Rialto user that a shared list had been updated and the author would like the other person to look it over.

"Originating system" field in import profiles
Before using Rialto, when a bibliographic record was created by a purchase request, the "Originating system" field in the bibliographic record was our institution code. However, since we use Rialto, when a bibliographic record is created by a purchase request, the value of the field "Originating system" is "Other".
It would be useful that in the import profile for Rialto orders, the value of the "Originating system" field could also be the institution code. So, you could use the institution code to manage bibliographic records created in your institution (before and after Rialto).4 votes
Title Alerts list functionality improvements
Use case: I have 30+ title alerts and need to add a parameter to each of them. When I go into an alert and edit it, clicking Save takes me back to the top of the list. Even when I'm on the second page.
Need: Save should take me back to the same place in the list where I left off. The last-clicked alert should be highlighted (as it is when I don't make a change and click Cancel).
Also, the list of title alerts should be exportable--just like every other list in Alma.4 votes
Please provide a feed of new purchased Rialto titles in Primo
We would like to highlight new SELECTED (i.e., not subscribed to) titles for faculty and staff to see in Primo.
Preferably this would be automated directly from our Rialto purchases.3 votes
Recommendation profile rule - citation match?
When creating recommendation profiles, it would be useful if a rule could be added regarding citation matches, in order to reduce number of results to only those that relate to Leganto/alma citations. (i.e. in order to look for new editions for reading list material - new editions for held titles gives a large amount of results - if we could add an additional rule, that reduced results to those matching with matching titles to alma citations, this would be helpful).1 vote
Improve matching for Rialto record updates for ebook bib records in the Network Zone
Occasionally we encounter improper Rialto record updates/mismatches for ebook bib records in our Network Zone. The examples we have seen so far have been EBC docIDs mismatching on other system numbers in the 035 fields of existing Alma records in our Network Zone when the Rialto import profiles run. We would like to see improved matching between the ebooks ordered and the Rialto record updates that enhance our order records using Rialto import profiles.1 vote
Order History Access>Restrict for Selector Privacy
Currently, all Rialto user roles have the ability to view the entire Rialto order history. We would like to control who gets to see this information. Just as we limit who sees who checks out books, we think who orders books is also private information. Selectors should only be able to view their own order history.1 vote
