Borrowing receival - adjusting hold shelf letter
Automatic update of letters sent after receipt of an ILL (Borrowing Requests > Receive), the FulPlaceOnHoldShelfLetter for all kinds of requests, when using (one of) the following two fields:
- Entered request cost
- Reading room only
If these fields are filled in/checked, it would be ideal if the letter contains an extra sentence about costs and/or consultation options (no loan, reading room only). Now we have to send a separate mail about this.
