    We welcome this additional facet! Facet Owner is not sufficient in many cases because a large proportion of requests fall under Owner "Undefined" (Workflow Step Pickup From Shelf & Undefined). Even via Pickup Location, not all requests come up. Now an export of all active requests is the only way to see for which library there are requests to be processed (e.g. to follow up on requests from a specific library).

    This, or an additional facet in Alma > Physical Items, Item in Place/not in Place, would be greatly appreciated. Via facet Process Type, you do get to see all items that are not In Place for various reasons, but for an overview of available items, you would now have to create an export first. In the export, this status is a filter option.
