An error occurred while saving the comment Sanne van Poppel commentedThis, or an additional facet in Alma > Physical Items, Item in Place/not in Place, would be greatly appreciated. Via facet Process Type, you do get to see all items that are not In Place for various reasons, but for an overview of available items, you would now have to create an export first. In the export, this status is a filter option.

When scanning in a requested item, the requester name appears. There will be a link to the requester’s user record if the logged in user has priveleges to access the user edit form

We’re looking at adding an indication in the Manage In Process Items next to a request where there are more digitization requests for the same item in the queue. A row action will allow the staff to complete the current active request and activate the next.

Currently, grace period can only be set in calendar days. An option to limit the grace period for Open days will be added.
Thanks,

We welcome this additional facet! Facet Owner is not sufficient in many cases because a large proportion of requests fall under Owner "Undefined" (Workflow Step Pickup From Shelf & Undefined). Even via Pickup Location, not all requests come up. Now an export of all active requests is the only way to see for which library there are requests to be processed (e.g. to follow up on requests from a specific library).
