RS-Enable shipped items to remain managed with their original TOU in order to allow requests to be done with the TOU of the permanent loc.
In some cases, requests for items under a Resource Sharing library are cancelled as their terms of use are not taken from their permanent locations. It should be possible to have shipped items remain managed by their original TOU in order to allow requests to be done with the TOU of the permanent location.

Acquisitions: Add the possibility to contact the vendor when manually closing a POL
We need a way to discontinue a standing order before completion and to inform the vendor about it via email directly from Alma.
"Cancel" does have the possibility to inform the vendor about the cancellation. However, by cancelling a POL, Alma is designed to completely undo the order by detaching already received items from the order and cancelling active requests on these items (this caused us huge trouble in the past, so we can’t use it).
"Close" is currently lacking the possibility to contact the vendor via email directly from Alma.

Compare loan due date with partner library's due date to determine renewal
We have the mediated patron renewal workflow activated for Borrowing Requests. Users often request renewal of interlibrary loans via My Library Account that do not need renewing with the partner library because a further loan period fits within the due date that the partner library has set.
Currently, staff check these two dates manually and extend the user's due date in their record if a renewal with the partner library isn't necessary.

Copy POL data to new POL with different order line type
We still experience issues when a POL is created with the 'wrong' POL type / inventory type (e.g., a print POL is created but e-inventory needs to be attached) - these 'incorrect' POLs must be deleted and recreated manually. Add option to configure Process Types for Physical Items
Alma Process Types and the associated Base status of 'Item not in place' are hardcoded, as are the automated workflows within Alma and the flow-through to Primo for the availability to be set to 'Not Available'.
This is extremely limiting and there are scenarios when a Library might want their physical resources to still be discoverable in Primo ie not suppressed, but also be marked as Unavailable, such as if there were a temporary mould outbreak. Display Logic To Hide Resource Sharing Options When No Lendable Copy Available
Currently, resource sharing links for consortia perform a lookup to determine if copies are held, but this lookup does not take into consideration whether the copies are actually lendable in the resource sharing system (e.g., if all of the copies held in the consortia are on reserve, or if they are in special collections that don't lend to other members of the consortia). These copies show up as available, resulting in the user placing a resource sharing request that gets immediately cancelled, which causes significant user confusion. Include variables in subject line in letter emails costumization
In Alma you can costumize emails and letters message body via XSL including the related data from xml, but not in the subject area, where you can write only fixed text. We need the possibility to add changing information in subject area, for example add the id of requests in the subject of the Resource sharing emails. It would be possible to configure the subject field to accept variables/placeholder containing the data in xml emails?

Booking, transit and preview time
We use the booking functionality in Alma for our Audio/Video-equipment. The equipment is administrated by our media production department, and is configured as a library in Alma.
The AV-library is the only place on campus patrons can check out and return AV-items. Apart from that, the AV-library also supports delivery to a library at a different campus (Kjeller).
• The transit time between the AV-library and Kjeller is set to 48 hours.

Ex Libris staff have the ability to remove specific privileges from Alma roles via the "Roles Privileges" configuration (User Management - Roles and Registration - Roles Privileges)
Since roles in Alma are not very fine-grained, and roles often grant access to groups of privileges that shouldn't necessarily be granted as a set, it would be very helpful for customers to have access to the "Roles Privileges" configuration.

Allow lending libraries to send lost resource sharing item invoices directly to the borrowing library in Alma
Currently, Alma does not allow a lending library to send an invoice to a borrowing library within Alma in the event a resource sharing item is lost or damaged. This requires libraries to develop a manual resource sharing billing workflow outside of Alma. An Alma letter that can serve as a lost resource sharing item invoice would be incredibly helpful. Ability to require pick up date field when making requests
It would be helpful if we could lock the pick up date field for making requests so that it is required to be filled in by the patron. We use Alma with Primo VE and will be relying heavily on the request function to prepull items to be used in our reading room. While the pick up date may not be necessary for many institutions, it would be nice if the pick up date had the option to be required for the institutions that want to customize the request functionality.

Allow API clients to include/exclude fields in the response data
It would be great if API clients could include/exclude fields of the response data of API calls.
The rational behind this stems from a use case of our own:
When making calls to the Alma and also Primo APIs we get a huge chunk of data back from which we only need a small portion. If we were able to make an API request in which we could specify upfront which fields we would and/or wouldn't need would: (1) prevent all that overhead data, (1) reduce the network traffic and (3) increase the response speed.

Add Item‑Level Usage Option to Deselection & Retention Project Scopes
When determining eligibility for Deselection/Retention Projects, Alma is currently only evaluating title‑level usage rather than item‑level. This means that loans of Lost or Withdrawn items are being considered and the project is actively excluding items that have not circulated for years (because a now lost/withdrawn copy circulated more recently). Further to this, this information is not readily available without going into Alma Analytics.

When a borrower has forgotten their ID card and asks us to keep books for them, in the past we have issued these to the Holds Trolley, so that we know where they are, until such time as the borrower returns. Make all Address Types usable for Personal Delivery
Only addresses with an Address Type of 'Home' or 'Office' can be used for Personal Delivery. This is a problem for us because the addresses that come through into Alma for each user from our student information system integration are in Address Types ‘Home’ and ‘School’. We don’t use ‘Office’. We are unable to get the systems integration changed for local reasons. Move the Level of service facet to the top of the facet list
Currently the Level of Service facet is at the base of the facet list, almost always hidden by the facets above it. I would like to see it moved to the top of the list as the timely processing of material for Rush or Express requests depends on being able to find those requests and action them quickly. As it is currently unless you specifically scroll down the list, you don't even know those requests have come in.

Expose valid pickup locations and digitization departments via API

The API endpoint for creating requests currently requires mandatory information such as pickup locations (physical item requests) or digitization departments (digitization request). BUT: The API does not provide a way to determine valid values for these mandatory(!) parameters.Impact:
