New fields on Alma screens missing from Primo RS form
In the December 2017 enhancement, the fields Chapter Author, Chapter Title, and Editor were added to the Alma Resource Sharing screen and Chapter was renamed Chapter Number.
However, these fields were not added to the Primo Resource Sharing form, which means all the details must be entered in one field such as. Chapter details: title, author, number.
As most Resource Sharing requests arrive via the Primo form, it would be helpful if EXL fixed this too.

Disappointing that we're still waiting for the Primo form to be fixed to match what loads into Alma for chapter requests.

We had submitted a case for this in Salesforce and Support came back with the comment below so am also adding votes to this for an update from Ex Libris on when they are going to fix this.
As I mentioned for Resource Sharing Requests, the Chapter is the Chapter number, not the title, so it will not transfered to Alma. Alma internal form slightly differs from Primo, because it has additional fields, including Chapter Title. Unfortunately currently you have to fill it manually, if the page from-to is not filled properly or you need more details about the request.

If Ex Libris are not going to resolve this any further then this idea should be updated to reflect the work, so we can get the votes back. Can Product Management clarify? Thanks

Chris Jones, Yes, This is still a problem for us, the chapter title in particular. I don't have anymore votes, but if I did, I would vote for this idea.

Some further discussion on cases round this, suggests Ex Libris not expecting to add to their form; rather was done for institutions to work with API/Webform flexibility. Still seems illogical (also compare with fields in Course Reserves/Citations e.g. Book chapter (see also Leganto).
Are others still having issues here? It is confusing!
