The user notification letter does not currently let you include a list of any items on loan - this would be a very useful addition to the existing functionality as if you are contacting any user then you would want to include 'borrower activity' details - as a reminder.

This would be a good addition to the letter as this can now be sent direct to individuals or help desk services that may not have direct access to Alma so being able to see the Reporter would be useful as we had already added the reason/comment.

This is to update that this issue is still not planned to be developed in the current road map. We will continue to evaluate it for a future release.

Having reported this as an issue for a number of years and trying to get this on a list of enhancements/idea exchange and failing to get much response from Ex Libris support on this so far then your latest comment looks to be promising.
This lack of functionality within Alma for what is/should be a standard report has been ongoing for years. This used to be available in Aleph as standard and we would love for this to be added to the standard Alma letter package for allowing scheduled selectable user group/no of days to expiry - without having to resort to programming or any special coding requirements.
