Sorting results of non-English external searches performed through SRU.
When performing external searches via SRU in languages other than English, the results are first sorted in English before being sorted in the respective language. We request that the results be sorted in the search language first.

Add the ability to group select items in the 'Monitor Requests & Item Processes' view, the same as we can in 'Expired Holdshelf'
It would be useful to be able to group select items in the 'monitor requests and item processes' so that transit labels for them can be printed in bulk. Currently these have to be done individually per item. The ability to group select items already exists in the 'expired holdshelf' view so would (hopefully) be easy to implement

Limit physical holding by year in the getit frame
Using the Primo service page, when we have print holdings for a journal the requested article is from, but not for the article date, we still see print holdings which are not related and confusing to our users.
I would expect to either not see the print holdings or have it be clear that these are not for the requested item (like having to click "more" to see them).

RapidILL
RapidILL chapter/article forms in Alma. If a patron fills in the wrong form e.g. Fills the article form for a chapter and vice versa. There is no way to flip them without entering a new request in the correct form.

Develop a ‘sticky’ last search feature in the Repository search
We have staff in multiple roles, who use the repository search feature as part of their daily workflow. These staff run many repository searches a day, however, although people within a particular work area routinely use the same search parameters, across different work areas staff use a range of ‘standard’ search parameters.
We like to request that ExLibris to develop a ‘sticky’ last search feature in the Repository search. This would mean that Alma would ‘remember’ the way the Repository search was last configured, based on the user login. Our idea is that Alma would ‘remember’ a user’s most frequent…

Customization for labels on locally defined LOCAL PARAM subject areas
Our library requested to have a LOCAL PARAM defined in Alma Analytics. We asked ExLibris to map the 983 field to this field in Analytics so that we could easily run reports using information in this field. However, it is not currently possible to modify the label so as to easily remember/know that this field has been locally defined. Also, as we define more fields, it becomes cumbersome to know which field belongs to which mapped field.

Expand Number of User Identifiers in Analytics
In Alma Analytics, when running User analyses, only two user Identifier options are made available under the Users | User Details subject area. Each of these two Identifier options can be associated with a single user identifier type by Ex Libris, requiring that a case be opened with Ex Libris to change that association as needed. Given that there is no limit to the number of user record identifier types in Alma for an institution, having only two user identifiers readily available in Analytics is very limiting and inefficient. Auto update to Resource Locate Status
When we purchase a material thought the request from Leganto, after the item is delivered and processed by Library, the Resources Locate Status is still "Resource Located" but not "Check Availability", it is necessary to make the Alma update automatically.

Offer same Row Actions List options from the results list on both Scan In Items tabs
It would be useful to be able to cancel a request and edit items from the results list in the Change Item Information tab of Scan In Items, like you currently can from the Scan In Items tab. It's confusing that both editing items and cancelling requests necessitate a Scan In Item tab change.

Shipping cost lender rule partner code prefix
When setting up the Shipping Cost lender rules, there is no ability to add a rule that allows you to adjust the price based on the partner code prefix. Currently you have to add every partner to that list, and when partners are added or removed you need to manually recreate the parameter list again. (Because you can't edit the parameters, only delete.) Having to manually update these rules is unnecessary work, and the alternative is to manually edit the costs for every partner that doesn’t fit the standard code rules. Ensure invoice lines always appear in the right order on the Purchase Order Lines page of the new UI
There is a tendency of the new Alma UI to scramble the order in which invoice lines appear on the Purchase Order Lines page. We would like to request a permanent rectification of this.
Scenario:
1) Staff member searches for an PO Line.
2) They click the Edit option for the search result, and from the Purchase Order Lines page which comes up they select the Invoice Lines tab.
3) The invoice lines are correctly ordered with the latest invoice at the top and the previous payments follow going back in time.

Analytics for count of resource sharing requests made via Course Reserves citations
We'd like to be able to see analytics data for resource sharing requests placed via Course Reserves citations. We are told by Support that this is not currently supported, and it was suggested that we create an idea here.

Add SIP2 Bin rule parameter for Fulfillment Notes
It would be useful if the Alma internal SIP2 Bin rules were a little more granular, i.e. to help pass a different BIN number if there is a Fulfillment Note present.
Although there are SIP fields which can be used for this at the sorter machine logic level, it would be useful to be able to use Alma's own granular item information to distinguish the sort for requested or transiting items for those with fulfillment notes and those without.

Mark resource sharing bib records
When creating a borrowing request in Alma, Alma transforms the info in a brief bibliographic record. This is great for everything that has to do with Resource Sharing.
BUT: Librarians who are cataloging find this bib record, don't think twice and just add a holding and an item. So the RS bib record has become a real bibliographic record, but without any one completing the info.
We would like the resource sharing bib records to be marked somehow so that cataloguers can identify them easily and either complete them or import them from another source.

Designate location for Restore Temporary Shelved Items job
We've recently begun investigating Due Back Date functionality and using the Requests - Restore Temporary Shelved Items job to help manage restoring temporarily shelved items more consistently and less manually. Enable renewal of interlibrary loans via My Library Account
It is confusing to users that they can renew some items on loan to them via My Library Account, but not inter-library loans. We would like a configurable Renew option available for inter-library loans in My Library Account. If a user clicked this option, the request for renewal from the user would populate a tasklist in Alma for resource sharing staff to action. Add Scan in message with "Cancel" option for items currently on loan
A common mistake when working with "Scan in" is to accidentally scan in the same item twice. When working with home deliveries, this means the first scan in will loan the item out to the patron, while the second scan in will return it again.
