It would be helpful to add a "Held Until:" column on the "Scan In Items" page. This would assist our teams when they are processing requests.

Link resolver should use ISSN and title from external resource
When the link resolver receives a URL from an external resource, it should use the ISSN and the journal title from the incoming URL to create links for Interlibrary loans and ignore any related links if related links are activated (Fulfillment > Fulfillment Configuration > Configuration Menu > Discovery Interface Display Logic > Related Records). Currently, the link resolver will change the incoming ISSN and journal title to that of the related link when creating ILL requests, which makes the ILL article information incorrect.

Could the Patron name be displayed in the "Pick Up Request " window in Alma just as the 'Requestors Note". This saves time instead of having to click to find the name of the requestor.

add an attachment icon picture besides the item of the attachment.
In Primo, readers often can not distinguish the difference of the book and the attachment of the book(ex: CD-ROM). So readers often request the barcode number of the attachment of the book first wrongly, and then find that they really want to request the book instead of the attachment of book(CD-ROM). I suggest the system can show an attachment icon picture(Ex: paper clip) besides the item of the attachment. It can help readers to distinguish the types of the items(book or CD-ROM attachment) quickly and correctly.

Improve visibility of Publishing Information for electronic holdings
The Publishing Information for electronic holdings is extremely valuable for troubleshooting issues with the assignment of availability status for PCI / CDI records, and with the Link Resolver matching of the OpenURL data with Alma records and presentation of services.
With the Central Discovery Index (CDI) coming, and the associated transition of the management of discovery records out of the separate PCI interface and into Alma, many sites may take the opportunity to update and realign team responsibilities, with more staff in Alma having a need to see this information.

Allow labeling of parameters like local param 01, 02 for bib and holdings
Alma allows adding bib or holding field additions into Alma Analytics
https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Alma/Knowledge_Articles/Add_bibliographic_fields_to_Alma_AnalyticsFor instance you can request that "local param field 01" pulls the 690 field. However, you cannot change the "local param field 01" label in analytics from "local param 01" to 690. This is not user friendly because the availability of the 690 field in your analytics report isn't apparent to users.
I'd like to request the ability to locally label these local param fields so they match up with what the fields actually do in an analytics report.

Sorting results of non-English external searches performed through SRU.
When performing external searches via SRU in languages other than English, the results are first sorted in English before being sorted in the respective language. We request that the results be sorted in the search language first.

Add an "added authors" field to the Bibliographic Details dimension in Analytics
List values taken from MARC fields 700, 710, 711
I get that this would be achieved if all MARC fields were reportable, as has already been requested, but that seems unlikely to happen so I hope this less ambitious suggestion will be considered.

Expanding Task List
For resource sharing, the task list should include "Canceled by Staff". Specifically:
Borrowing requests - Canceled by Staff - assigned to you
Borrowing requests - Canceled by Staff - unassignedFor institutions which do not use an ILL package such as ILLiad, this is the only way to be informed that a request was unfilled besides manually searching in the Borrowing Requests field.

Alma Link Resolver on all Google Scholar Records
As an Alma Administrator at Kettering University, we would like the option for our Alma link resolver to appear on all Google Scholar records.
It would be nice for our patrons searching in Google Scholar to see the option to check access in our library holdings or request through our resource sharing without leaving the platform. We have activated it now in the library links settings, but it only appears in limited records (image attached).

Expand Number of User Identifiers in Analytics
In Alma Analytics, when running User analyses, only two user Identifier options are made available under the Users | User Details subject area. Each of these two Identifier options can be associated with a single user identifier type by Ex Libris, requiring that a case be opened with Ex Libris to change that association as needed. Given that there is no limit to the number of user record identifier types in Alma for an institution, having only two user identifiers readily available in Analytics is very limiting and inefficient. Develop a ‘sticky’ last search feature in the Repository search
We have staff in multiple roles, who use the repository search feature as part of their daily workflow. These staff run many repository searches a day, however, although people within a particular work area routinely use the same search parameters, across different work areas staff use a range of ‘standard’ search parameters.
We like to request that ExLibris to develop a ‘sticky’ last search feature in the Repository search. This would mean that Alma would ‘remember’ the way the Repository search was last configured, based on the user login. Our idea is that Alma would ‘remember’ a user’s most frequent…

RapidILL
RapidILL chapter/article forms in Alma. If a patron fills in the wrong form e.g. Fills the article form for a chapter and vice versa. There is no way to flip them without entering a new request in the correct form.

Auto update to Resource Locate Status
When we purchase a material thought the request from Leganto, after the item is delivered and processed by Library, the Resources Locate Status is still "Resource Located" but not "Check Availability", it is necessary to make the Alma update automatically.

Customization for labels on locally defined LOCAL PARAM subject areas
Our library requested to have a LOCAL PARAM defined in Alma Analytics. We asked ExLibris to map the 983 field to this field in Analytics so that we could easily run reports using information in this field. However, it is not currently possible to modify the label so as to easily remember/know that this field has been locally defined. Also, as we define more fields, it becomes cumbersome to know which field belongs to which mapped field.

Add the ability to group select items in the 'Monitor Requests & Item Processes' view, the same as we can in 'Expired Holdshelf'
It would be useful to be able to group select items in the 'monitor requests and item processes' so that transit labels for them can be printed in bulk. Currently these have to be done individually per item. The ability to group select items already exists in the 'expired holdshelf' view so would (hopefully) be easy to implement

Shipping cost lender rule partner code prefix
When setting up the Shipping Cost lender rules, there is no ability to add a rule that allows you to adjust the price based on the partner code prefix. Currently you have to add every partner to that list, and when partners are added or removed you need to manually recreate the parameter list again. (Because you can't edit the parameters, only delete.) Having to manually update these rules is unnecessary work, and the alternative is to manually edit the costs for every partner that doesn’t fit the standard code rules.
