Add User Note Creation Date and Creator as query-able fields in Anayltics
Please make it so that we can create analysis in analytics that display the creation date and creators of user notes. Both fields would be very useful filters for us.

Allow staff to override auto return when a borrowing request is received after needed by date has passed or request has been cancelled
When a borrowing library receives a resource sharing item after the request's needed by date has passed, Alma automatically updates the request to returned without displaying any alert. This causes a substantial amount of confusion for staff. We would like Alma to display an alert when a resource sharing item is being automatically returned to the lender because it was received after the request's needed by date. We would also like the opportunity to override this automatic return so users can have the option of using the item.
Likewise, Alma automatically updates borrowing reqeusts to returned when they've been cancelled…

Allow institutions to export and import all configurations from Alma
Ex Libris has the new policy of forcing a refresh of the sandbox for all customers on the premium sandbox twice a year. This presents a significant challenge for institutions that use the sandbox actively, because it means that before every refresh, we have to go through the largely manual process of exporting all configurations out of the sandbox so we can keep record of them. Then if we want to recreate the old configurations, we have to do this manually.

Create new reports for Authority management
National libraries and institutions managing controlled vocabularies require robust tools to ensure the integrity of their authority files. Current Alma functionality (Authority Control Task List) focuses primarily on the link between bibliographic and authority records. We propose a new set of dedicated Authority Management Reports to identify internal inconsistencies, errors, and redundancies within the authority files themselves.
Proposed Reports & Functionality
· Orphan Authority Records: Identifies authority records without any associated bibliographic records. Crucial for cleaning up legacy data or unused headings.

Improve the management of license terms in config
Currently to manage the order and organization of license terms in Alma, we have to number each term we wish to use in order. If we want to add or reorder, we need to carefully renumber the existing terms so we don't accidentally use the same number twice and risk overwriting existing terms. While we've all learned work-arounds for this, given the amount of work it takes to maintain our hundreds of licenses, it seems risky to have this form of ordering. Establishment of stronger passwords for the creation of internal ALMA/Primo users
As an universities consortium from Galicia, CISUG, we are representing three member universities. Our univesrities have a security problem in the management the keys for internal users in Alma.
Alma's internal authentication system allows the user can create complex passwords, but this should be a requirement, not the user's responsibility as to whether they are secure or not.
Our request is that:
ALMA enforce passwords to be at least 8 characters long, and allow the system administrator to increase that minimum.ALMA allows to force mixed case, numbers, and special characters to créate paswords.

Unified PO Line Task List: Make the identifier field editable again
The identifier field in its new form allows for users to either select an existing value from a fold-down list or to enter a new value.
However, editing a value has become incredibly cumbersome. As the cursor cannot be placed in the current content of the field, users wanting to edit it have to copy the content to the clipboard, paste it in the field again and then perform the edit. From our point of view, this new feature is a regression.

Accession number available by API
Hello,
To be able to develop several external tools (relabelling, cataloging, ...) we need to access the "Accession number" table by API (read and write).
This would probably give many other clients oportunities in developing external tools for managing physical collections.

Change physical items job -- adding notes improvement
The "Append to field" option was added in November 2023, but two additional options are still required.
'Delimiter' should be an option.
Now, the default delimiter is ";".
Some institutions use symbols other than ";" as delimiters.
For example, we use "|".

Option to set return time to 15 minutes before closing
We issue equipment such as laptops to students. These must be returned before the library closes.
In the current TOUs it is only possible to set the due time to closing time. However, we really need to check all equipment is back, and therefore would like to set the due time to 15 mins (or 30mins) before closing.We would also do this for short loans, as these require being returned before the library shuts. Otherwise the student will receive fines.
Changing the closing time of the library would be too confusing for everyone

Only send Ful Item Change Due Date Letter for changes to due date
We've run into a real problem with recalls. We can set some items to be recallable, and others to not be recallable. However, both categories get their status changed to "Recalled." Non-recallable items simply don't get a change to their due date. Despite this, patrons who have checked out non-recallable items still get the Change Due Date letter, with a notice that tells them their due date has not actually changed. This letter currently is triggered by recalls with due date changes, recalls without due date changes, other due date changes, or recall cancellations. We think this is too much…

Common link between a POL and a License (for updating collections)
A POL has a licence connected to it. It would be great if when adding that POL to an Alma Collection, that the connecting licence would be automatically added to the collection as well. And working in reverse, when adding a licence to an Alma collection, it would be nice if the POL connected to the licence was automatically added to the collection as well (thus saving time adding two things to a collection, when they are already related).

Allow request-type webhooks to be triggered only under certain conditions
We would like the ability to configure request webhooks such that they are triggered only when certain conditions are met. Request webhooks for patron physical item requests include the user’s primary ID and the title they have requested. This type of circulation information should in most circumstances stay within the library and not be shared with third parties. But it may be necessary to enable a third-party integration in order to provide needed services, such as a smart locker delivery service. Possibility for turning off Auto-Assigning in task list when opening or editing an item without completing the task in the Alma Config.
When working in several different task-lists in Alma, you are automatically assigned to any Item that you open and/or edit and exit out of without completing the task. This applies to items in the Purchase Request, Invoices (in Review) and Electronic Activation Task list and more.
This may be perfectly logical for certain institutions' workflows, but for others it may be cumbersome to have this across all task lists.
It would be great to have the ability to turn this auto-assigning on or off for the different task lists in the Alma Configuration so that people could open/edit and close…

Enable automated floating collections by allowing 'reshelve without transit' rules to update temporary library and location values
Currently, implementing floating collections between libraries requires manual intervention to set or update the temporary library and location values.
I would like to see functionality added to the 'reshelve without transit' rules definition, to allow the setting of a temporary library and location, in addition to preventing the transit of the item.

Search function in Monitor Jobs Menu
In the menu "Monitor Jobs" (Admin -> Manage Jobs and Sets -> Monitor Jobs) there is no search function for the Scheduled Jobs. For all other Tabs (Scheduled Manual Jobs ; Running ; History) there is a search function. As we have many Scheduled Jobs it would be very useful if a search function could be implemented as in the other tabs.

Reloading several records from the union catalog at once
I would like to update several records from the union catalog at once, for example all the records within an itemized set. So far, this is only possible for individual records in the MDE ("Reload record from central catalog"), which is rather exhausting. It would be much easier if there was a button saying "reload records" by which you can push all checked items to the MDE and simultaneously reload the records from central catalog.
In this way, we could easily and quickly update bibliographic records from the "Failed to update delete" event in Analytics. Another use case would be…

Clicking on the 'tick' alert takes directly to the notification
Clicking on the 'tick' on the Alert column on a reading list (in the Reading List Task List) would take you directly to the list of citations filtered to 'Any Alerts', or would open the 'Notes' tab if the notification is for a Library Discussion Note at list level.

Automatically populate date and end time in booking request form
When placing a booking in Alma or Primo you need to choose a starting date then a starting hour followed by a starting minute. You then need to choose an end date then an ending hour and an ending minute. This is a lot of clicks to place one booking.
It would be nice if the end date, hour and time could be automatically populated based on the Terms of use of the item (so if the loan period is 2 hours and the start time is 2:30 then the end time could be automatically populated to say 4:30). If…
