Add functionality to Change Item Information
It would be useful to have more options in the Scan in/Change Item Information function - for example, the ability to change Material Type and Inventory Date.

Materials being sent to off-site storage at our institution have a box number recorded in the Storage Location ID field. Having that field added to the Change Item Information tool would expedite our workflow tremendously.

We would appreciate being able to add/change the inventory date through the change item information tab of scan in items.
The current process when adding an inventory date is to open the physical item record and manually add the date. If we could add the inventory date to the item record using the change item information tab located at ‘scan in items’ that would save a huge amount of time.

This would be extremely helpful - particularly when we load many items in a batch and we need to change / add a Material Type afterwards.
