Add ability to clear/delete Birth Date data via the Update/Notify Users job.
A library may choose to store a user’s birth date data in their user records, but may decide later to stop storing it. In addition, in an AFN environment, one member library may choose to store this data locally and then share it with AFN partners through their Linked Account Shared Fields settings. If this setting is later changed to exclude this data from future Network user records, it has no impact on pre-existing Network user records in an AFN partner’s IZ, who continue to retain the date until said Network user records are refreshed.

Hide Note field in Assign To dialog unless Send as Email checked
When the "Send as Email" checkbox is not checked, the assignee will never see the Note. The only place the Note is recorded is the General Assign To Letter. If the "Send as Email" checkbox is unchecked, no letter is generated.

Add No Charge parameter to Update PO Lines Information job
Please add the No Charge field to the Update PO Lines Information job to allow a library to set the No Charge value on PO Lines in bulk. Currently, neither this job nor the Update PO Lines Information - Advanced job allow this value to be modified, though a user may modify the POL manually.
This is valuable to acquisitions staff that are cleaning up POLs for titles ordered in a subscription package, whether the POLs were migrated from a previous system or they were added to Alma incorrectly. Another POL will be used to encumber and invoice the subscription.…

Access host bibliographic record for "bound-with" relationships via API
Currently if you have two or more bibliographic records in a "bound-with" relationship via the 774 MARC field, the MARC data on the host bibliographic record contains the MMS ID of the child records, but there is no information on the child record to show the relationship. The Alma staff interface and the Primo interface clearly know that the relationship is there, because the holdings of the host bibliographic record are displayed in both interfaces. The information is clearly indexed, therefore, but is currently inaccessible to API users, limiting the ability to write scripts and interfaces that handle this concept.

Add GND to the Linked Open Data (LOD) editor, Alma Lookup Service
For now, the service only includes a few sources. We would like to add the GND vocabulary. This vocabulary is very important because a large number of libraries use it.

Add delivery option for Booking request
We currently allow faculty to request delivery for booked materials using the note field. This functionality is configured for visual materials requested by faculty to be shown in the classroom. The workflow produces hold notifications since the request form does not allow for delivery option which creates confusion with the patron. This improvement idea was previously submitted by another institution but closed during clean up. We would still find this improvement beneficial as the same issue recently came up, so I'm resubmitting.

AI Metadata Assistant
The AI Metadata Assistant is limited to processing four pages or four files per upload. Enabling batch uploading would better support larger metadata workflows.

Alma Fulfillment should have more facets
The Facets Menu in Alma Fulfillment (Patron Services) needs more facets, especially AUTHOR, COLLECTION/SERIES and PUBLISHER/EDITOR. Honestly, the few facets provided in the various search types are insufficient. These should be flexible configurable.

Augment the X-Exl-Api-Remaining header to include the threshold figure
The Alma API includes the X-Exl-Api-Remaining header in responses, e.g.:
X-Exl-Api-Remaining: 192522
It would be helpful if the value for this header additionally included the threshold figure, a.k.a, the total number of requests, e.g.
X-Exl-Api-Remaining: 192522,200000
In the above example, the threshold is 200'000.
This would allow external monitoring scripts to dynamically determine the percentage of requests used for the day. Currently determining this has to based on a static threshold manually added to the script, and would need a script update if the threshold changes (due to an increase or decrease in the number of user licences).

Subject headings's in Analytics
"Subjects" in analytics (6XX MARC fields) are all jumbled up in one index. This creates a problem for analysis of correctly applied LCSH subject headings (our focus). AND, 2nd indicator signifies the type of subject heading, such as LCSH "0"; NLM "2"; etc. Currently, working with the subject index, it is impossible to filter for the type of subject heading needed in an analytics report, even though the MARC variable fields contain this data. Compare Sets via Overlap and Collection Analysis tool
Provide the ability to compare the results (either itemized or logical) or two sets of the same type (physical items, physical titles, all titles, etc.) created by the user.
For example, we're trying to decide which of the two sets created by two library staff is a better set for sending our holdings to GOBI. The results of each set are well over 350k titles. These sets are too large to download and manage a local comparison. So, could Alma's Overlap and Collection Analysis Tool be modified to compare items across two different sets? Expand coverage of the 'single' ISBN and ISSN fields in the Analytics 'Titles' subject area
The fields 'ISBN Valid Single (Normalized)' and 'ISSN Valid Single (Normalized)' in the 'Titles' subject area are useful for matching purposes. However those fields only cover ISBNs/ISSNs from MARC bibliographic field 020a. Sometimes we're looking to match Alma records to sources which might use older identifiers, that appear instead in 020z, 776z, 022l, 022a and/or 776x respectively in the Alma records. Those MARC fields' contents are reportable in the general 'ISBN' and 'ISSN' Analytics fields, but those Analytics fields don't provide each identifier on its own row. Use of RFID in "Shipping Items"
Is it possible to add an RFID button to active interlibrary loans, as it is the case with regular loans already? This would allow the respective medium to be scanned via the RFID pad and be unlocked immediately. The arrow in the screenshot shows the desired position for the RFID integration.

Allow the existing configuration of the user form to apply also on the "Vendors > Contact People tab > Add Contact" page
This idea was opened by Ex Libris to see how the community supports it.
There is an existing configuration for the user form which was added in August 2022: https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Alma/Release_Notes/2022/Alma_2022_Release_Notes#Configure_the_User_Form
Please have this configuration apply also when creating a new vendor "Contact" (Vendors > Contact People tab > Add Contact).
For example, if an institution selected that some fields should not appear in the user creation form, these field should also not appear in the vendor contact creation form.

Physical PO line creation - allow the interested user defined on the PO line to place a title level request when the PO line is created

Today, when a physical PO line has an interested uset, a hold request is not created on the bibliographic title until the book is scanned in at a circulation desk (Item is received).

Add the option to edit or delete recorded responses for trials
It is not possible to edit or delete a recorded response for trials. In some cases, customers would like to test surveys before making them public to ensure everything is working properly and then delete the test responses.
