Update expiration on roles in bulk
We expire the roles for our student workers each semester, since they don't always come back to us after breaks. It would be nice if there was a way to update the expiration date of selected roles in bulk. I can see the benefit of having granularity of control on individual roles, like if someone's job function was changing after a certain point, but that's not a common scenario. Daily quota of ISO-ILL Lending requests
We would like to determine a daily quota of ISO-ILL Lending requests, like with RapidILL.

Feature Requests for the NZ Fulfillment Network
Access to Borrowing History Across NZ Institutions
• Feature Request:
Enable librarians to view the borrowing history of their university patrons at other NZ institutions.
• Current Situation:
a. On Network Activity tab, it only displays current FN loans and current FN requests.
b. Librarians cannot directly access the borrowing history or detailed transfer records when their patron borrows books from another NZ institution.
c. Assistance from librarians at the other institution is required, which delays service and limits the ability to provide comprehensive patron support.Show more information on Network Activity tab

Make the labels feature in ILL/Resource sharing a preconfigured list that staff have to choose from.
We suggest an enhancement to the Labels feature within Resource Sharing/ILLs area of Alma, so that staff have to select labels from a preconfigured list/dropdown menu? At present, it is a free text field, that creates a new label any time it is entered in a slightly different format or spelling. This makes it hard to keep the labels tidy as variations and spelling errors can occur and makes stats collection more difficult.

Institutions working in a Campus level generate a monthly Alma Collection Report with InCites
Please allow institutions working in a Campus level to use the institution’s electronic holdings with InCites to generate a monthly report in Web of Science. Per Ex Libris tech support (case #07213024), the JRC Cloud App is not designed to work when an institution has campuses configured. These reports would provide institutions with multi-faceted collection development and utilization analyses for journal titles.

We would like a way to see on the courses page if a course was handled/ have a reading list - without entering other pages.
our librarians are not assigned a reading list - but a course, that does not yet have a reading list. They work on the Courses page and in the current state they have no way of knowing what course they already worked on.9 votes -
Create functionality to remove portfolio General Note entries using the Portfolio Loader or the Change Portfolio Information Job
Currently, there isn't a way to remove General Note entries in batch. It would be ideal if there were a way to remove General Note entries using either the Portfolio Loader or the Update Portfolio Information job, instead of having to do this work manually.

Add filters and columns to import profiles screens for zone, protocol, scheduling, status
The Import Profiles screen has few options for narrowing the list of profiles if one isn't certain of the profile name, or if descriptions are too similar. Please add filters and columns to the display screen--preferably sortable columns--for fields that distinguish the zone, scheduling, and status for import profiles.
Priority 1, Zone: Users should be able to clearly see whether an import profile is using the network zone or the institution zone for an import profile, as this affects the workflow and processing of records being imported.

Treat invoices created from Excel as distinct from manually created invoices for the purpose of creating invoice review rules
Currently, invoices that are created from Excel spreadsheets are considered to be created manually. We want to be able to create invoice review rules (https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Alma/Product_Documentation/010Alma_Online_Help_(English)/020Acquisitions/040Configuring_Acquisitions/100Configuring_Invoice_Review_Rules) that set invoices created from Excel files to a status of 'in review' and those that are created manually by staff to 'in approval'. In order to do this, we need to be able to distinguish between invoices created manually by staff and those created from Excel files.

Establish system to ensure complete coverage of LC classifications
Alma Analytics includes LC Classification code data, but frequently valid classification codes come up as "Unknown." Ex Libris currently has no reliable way of keeping up with changes in LC classification. They rely upon the "Library of Congress Classification Outline", which is not complete. They will add classifications upon customer request, though this process takes months or years and puts significant burden upon institutions. Ex Libris should develop a system to reliably update its LC classification coverage. Add an API access for creating a task in the Electronic Resource Activation Task List
We would like to set up an automatized workflow to import records and el. inventory into Alma. It would help in the daily management of these imports, if we could create a task for the e-resource staff via the API once the import finishes.
We would like to have a way to use the API to generate a new task in the Electronic Resource Activation Task List for an electronic collection or an electronic portfolio.

Add and improve audit logging and system event tracking for changes to Alma configuration
Many institutions have needs and requirements to be able to track when Alma configurations change, and who changed them.
This is especially true because many Alma "administrator" roles combine complex librarian tasks with systems configuration abilities. Additional POL type options for purchase requests
Currently, when creating a POL in response to a Purchase Request, the available POL type options are limited to 'physical book' or 'electronic book'. However, we also receive purchase requests for other resources, such as DVDs, CDs, musical scores, etc.
We would like to have more PO Line type options to select from when ordering a requested item.

Printed history of invoice IN PDF FORMAT as proof of approval - for audits
Printed history of an invoice is accepted as an official approval for audits.
History output can be downloaded only in excel now, which can be overwritten manually in excel, that does not support the audit reason.
My request is that history of an invoice should be downloaded in pdf format too which should be unchangeable.9 votes -

Currently, the Community Zone Updates Task List is accessible only through the Alma user interface. While this provides essential functionality for monitoring and acting on updates, it limits the potential for automation and integration with other tools in the library ecosystem. Add roles to “Use Electronic Inventory Features” in DARA
Currently, the “Use Electronic Inventory Features” in DARA is available only to users with the “General System Administrator” role.
We propose making the “Use Electronic Inventory Features” available to users with the “Inventory Operator” role for viewing purposes only, without the ability to configure or run jobs.
This will allow more users to view important content news, and better understand and manage electronic resources.34 votes -
Option to remove Alma roles if staff not logged in for X days/months
Having an option to remove Alma roles if staff not logged in for X days/months will help automate the process of identifying and managing inactive accounts, saving administrative time.
We have a lot of staff that change job roles within the institution, but end up keeping their Alma roles unless someone tells us they are leaving the library department. Obviously this idea won't fix all the problems, but it would certainly help with reducing the risk of unauthorized access - particularly for any one that has an administrator role

Calendar update recurring
It would be useful to be able to enter the dates of recurring holidays localized by country via "Calendar Management", in order to avoid having to confirm these dates every year.
