New Manage Patron Services UI
In the new circulation desk UI, it would be useful if the appearance of the options: "Send loan receipt" and "Send request receipt" can be configured.
In a library that has decided not to enable these two letters, it does not make sense for them to show in the options drop-down menu.
The same thing happens with the option "add/renew patron role".1 vote -
Calendar update recurring
It would be useful to be able to enter the dates of recurring holidays localized by country via "Calendar Management", in order to avoid having to confirm these dates every year.

Add an API access for creating a task in the Electronic Resource Activation Task List
We would like to set up an automatized workflow to import records and el. inventory into Alma. It would help in the daily management of these imports, if we could create a task for the e-resource staff via the API once the import finishes.
We would like to have a way to use the API to generate a new task in the Electronic Resource Activation Task List for an electronic collection or an electronic portfolio.

Corollary suggestion to "Copy POL data to new POL with different order line type"
I would like to see Rollover of POLs receive a new rollover rules-build.
It would be extremely helpful if POL rollover could be done ledger-by-ledger if desired.
In addition, I (and maybe others? vote for this!) would like an option for firm orders to roll ONLY if they're still 'open', i.e. not 'closed', and not 'invoiced' (is rollover of firm orders ordered, received, AND PAID in one fiscal year into the next EVER useful? I doubt it myself...). Voyager did something like this with firm order rollover. I can't remember whether its rules just made sense, or if I adjusted…

Dreams of Growth The Final Exam Journey
Lena had always been anxious about exams, but this time, it was different. In the days leading up to her high-stakes final, she began having vivid dreams. Each night, she relived moments from the past year—times when she struggled, failed, and learned. She saw herself pushing through challenges, asking for help, and growing stronger with each setback. One dream even led her to a ghostwriting company where she learned the importance of collaboration and research. These dreams transformed her mindset. When the day of the exam arrived, Lena walked in with confidence, knowing she had already passed the toughest tests.…

Customize secondary search menu under Borrowing/Lending requests
When searching under Borrowing & Lending requests, the order of the search field options defaults to alphabetical.
It would be nice to have the ability to customize the order of the search options, so the most used search fields can be placed closer to the top of the list to avoid extra scrolling.
For example, searching by Title is common, but the option is near the bottom of the menu. Staff need to scroll down to it every time they want to search requests by Title.
It would be nice to at least be able to identify a favorite search…

Automatically assign purchase requests to certain users
There needs to be a way to automatically assign purchase requests to a certain staff member. I'm thinking specifically in the case of citations that come to Alma from Leganto, but I'm sure there are other instances. It makes much more sense to designate a specific person(s) who these requests should go straight to rather than having them go to an unassigned queue and the staff member(s) having to sift through it and manually assign things to themself.

Retain previous Sort Routine settings when viewing Items Received in Purchase Order Lines
NOTE: I posted this before noticing it had been previously suggested (though I did search and couldn't find it before posting, and now it's been deleted:??); my apologies. Suggestion: In the previous iteration the system remembered the previous sort routine setting when viewing a list of received items. The new version reverts to the Library/location setting for each search, even when making more than one search in the same purchase order line. The description sort is our primary setting, so each time we view the list of items, for example to see what has been received and whether there are…

Automatically suppress bib records generated from the Order It! Amazon plug in.
Allow the option to automatically suppress bib records created from the Order It! Amazon plugin. Additionally, allow the option to have the titles of the generated brief bibs typed in all capital letters as per standard practice for acquisitions brief bibs. Brief bibs typed in all caps help visually distinguish them from full bibliographic records.

Borrowing requests: comment (from Primo) should not be transferred to request note field but to the Note field
The content of the comment (from Primo) was transferred to the "Request Note" field (=Request Attributes).
We didn't want that to happen.
The content should go into the "Note" field (=Resource Information).1 vote -
License field for Purchase Order Line value
We would like a total values field on the Summary tab of a License that gives us the total cost of all the PO Lines which that license covers. This would tell us quickly the expenditure value of each license in Alma and enable us to prioritise license workflows by expenditure value.

Analytics: Get POL type for the additional PO Lines
In E-inventory, we can get the POL Type for the main POL for a portfolio and we can get the portfolio's additional POLs, but we can't get the POL types for the additional POLs.

Need more facets electonic collection search
When searching for items in the CZ, I find the left side facets and sort by options to be too limited.
Would love a way to sort electronic collections by most recently added to CZ.
for example, I am looking to see if any new gale collections were added so I can activate them. There is no way to sort by this, and there is no facet on the left to limit to non-activated collections. Adding a left facet to search for In IZ or activated/non-activated collections would be very helpful.1 vote -
bluk edit vendor information
There is some information in vendor records which could be the same for all vendors, such as library, vendor type, whether to make vendors active or inactive, delivery claim information, etc. It would be great if there were a way to edit these details for multiple vendors at one time rather than going through each vendor to change their information.

ADD RECORDS TO SETS
Be able to add selected records to a set that's already created. There is often multiple ways to find records that are part of a group. It seems there's no ability to do a search and select records to add to a set that's already in existence. This could also help if multiple people are trying to find a large number of records that could belong to one set for export or modification.

Access Student Photos Securely
Currently, user photos are only available via a web link https://myurl/photo/studentidentifier.jpg. This means that all student photos need to be available over the internet which in the UK is a Data Breach. There needs to be a way that only the student in question or an authorised staff member can see the photo. It is not possible to use 3rd party software like Azure to do this as the cross-site scripting protection gets in the way.
