Allow for custom invoice template for invoices from PO.
The additional lines that auto add are not a benefit for us and slow down the invoice creation process.

Make default filters removeable or customizable
The current version of Alma (as of 8/25) automatically filters out loans, and even clicking the "loans" tab in the fulfillment center will not display them; to see a patron's loans, you have to clear a filter. I have no idea why Alma would want to hide basic loan information from users in the first place, much less make it a barrier that has to be manually cleared every time a patron account comes up. Add the ability to enter a string of delimited values in bulk to Alma Advanced Search fields
Currently adding fields and values to Alma Advanced Search is only possible one by one. This is a painfully slow and click-heavy activity when there are many parameters to be added. This also risks slowing down Alma UI when upwards of several hundred fields (as advised by Ex Libris Support).

Temporary Inactive for Lending - Longer than 30 Days
In the past, we were able to choose a date range for Temporary Inactive for Lending (and/or Borrowing) that covered the full time that our additional location libraries closed for summer. Now it appears to only be extendable for 30 days. That means we have to "refresh" the date range several times during the summer. Across our consortium, we have many libraries that close for the summer. If there needs to be a limit on how long we can extend that date range, could we have 90 days instead of 30? Then we might only have to refresh the date…

Posibilidad de discriminar campos para cosecha de registros por OAI
No logramos configurar la cosecha por OAI para que solo tome los datos del campo dc.source xml:lang='es-ES' y no tome los datos del campo dc:source xml:lang="en-US"
Al intentar realizar la regla, en formato oai_dc, no se encontraron parámetros para poder segmentar/discriminar los campos.

versions in new interface
In the new interface it is no longer possible to see dates of changes other than the original creation date and who created the record plus the last edited date and who made that change. Please reinstate the ability to see more version change dates without editing the record so that users who do not have the Cataloguer role can see this information in view-only mode.

Fulfillment Network Users get roles assigned by Role Assignment Rules
Network Zone/Fulfillment network users get roles scoped to our institution zone by the role assignment rules, which makes it appear that they have access to user and financial and other data of our institution, even if they don't.
I propose changing the behavior so that users who are not local, and from another institution are ignored by the role assignment rules.

Allow AFN loans and returns via Offline Circulation
AFN (Automated Fulfillment Network) items can neither be loaned nor returned via Offline Circulation. The Offline client accepts the AFN barcodes, but when we attempt to load the file into Alma the resulting error message is "Item not found. Barcode: [barcode number]". Since non-AFN resource sharing loans are considered “local” records in Alma, they can circulate via Offline Circulation. Please add this functionality for AFN loans and returns as well.

Allow limits on the number of requests/holds by location
Currently, the number of requests/holds can only be limited by patron. We've experienced instances where multiple requests are placed for a given item in a short span of time (as many as 5!) Patrons do not necessarily realize that if they're the second, third, or more requestor, they are unlikely to receive an item within a semester. We would prefer to limit the number of active requests/holds for circulatable items, the better to redirect subsequent requestors to ILL. Recommend allowing limits on the number of requests/holds by location.

With the implementation of AI Metadata Assistant, a streamlined process for exporting records created in Alma to OCLC would be nice.
...and if it could automatically set holdings and loop back to Alma and insert an 035 with the newly assigned OCLC# that would be even nicer.

Version History for Letter XSL Templates
Currently, Alma does not store version history for XSL templates used in letters. This creates risk: if a change introduces errors, there is no easy way to roll back.
I propose adding version history functionality - similar to the “View Versions” feature in the Metadata Editor - so staff can revert to earlier versions when needed. Ideally, previous versions could also be labelled for clarity.
This enhancement would:
Reduce the risk of breaking live communications with untested changes.
Eliminate the need for external tracking in GitHub or personal repositories.

Allow API update action of License in POLine record
Currently, License field in POLine record cannot be updated via Acquisition API. There are no effective way to link up POLine record and License record without manual update one by one. The field were mentioned in the restpoline.xsd as
"The license code. Relevant for electronic orders only, and is not supported for PUT. "

Enhanced Auto-Tagging of Digital Resources via AI for Alma & Primo
I propose adding an AI-based auto-tagging feature in Alma that can analyze content (PDFs, images, articles) and automatically assign metadata tags (subjects, keywords, disciplines). These tags would then flow through to Primo for better discoverability. The system could also suggest tags to cataloguers, which they can accept, edit, or reject.
Solutions like OutrightSystems have already demonstrated how AI can streamline feedback and content classification, and a similar approach applied to Ex Libris platforms could transform metadata management.

Add portolios from CZ Updates Task List to associated collection in bulk
The Community Zone Updates Task List displays portfolios that were added to a non auto-active collection. But you can only handle these portfolios one by one. It would be helpful to select the desired portfolios and to add them in bulk to the associated collection.
The planned solution from ExLibris to manage collections as auto-active collections is not wanted because not all portfolios that are automatically activated are interesting to the library (e. g. when the library has a specific book stock and does not provide its readers with all scientific disciplines).1 vote -
Multiple Logical Sets Attached to Logical Collections in Collection Discovery
I would like to be able to create a Logical Collection in Collection Discovery that combines the results of at least two different logical sets.
CASE EXAMPLE: I have been asked to create "New Book" collections for multiple departments that include both print books and ebooks. For the print books, the fields I need to query on are only available the creation of a Physical Titles search set.
