  1. Allow to add a fund to PO Lines for donated or free items

    We must add a fund to each order line for accounting reasons, even if the items are free of charge.

    We use a workaround similar to the workflow described in the following article.

    It would be very helpful to be able to add a budget even if the price is zero.

  2. Add more scheduling options for EDI jobs

    Currently, there are only 6 options for EDI Job Scheduling and no options to run jobs on specific days. It would be helpful if the EDI Job Scheduling options matched the options that are available for other jobs (for example: Import Profiles have many more options including specific days and times.)

  4. Make “Public access model for “Owned” purchase model” retrievable in Analytics query

    When an Ebook Central ebook in the CZ is both owned and available in a subscribed subscription collection, the unlimited users license appears in the portfolio tab Acquisitions/Public Access model, and the number of users for the owned copy appears in "Public access model for "Owned" purchase model." Analytics cannot report out '“Public access model for “Owned” purchase model” in any case. All I can get is Public Access Model.   5. Show barcode field of requests in Manage Patron Services

    Please add the ability to see the barcode of a requested item (where available) on the Requests tab of the Manage Patron Services screen. It is possible to see barcodes on the Monitor Requests & Item Processes screen but not this one.

  6. Add "License Type" filter

    Under the licenses tab, you're able to view all licenses and amendments that your institution has created. There are currently two filters: "Status" and "Review Status".

    It would be helpful if there was an additional filter for "License Type" so that we can filter the list down even further to view only Licenses or Amendments. Some of our licenses come with a TON of amendments, and it's not always ideal to see licenses across multiple pages when I may need to review things regarding our Master Licenses.

  7. Make "Order:#" icon larger

    The icon (the number itself) is tiny and unnecessarily complicates looking at the orders. Make it bigger? Make the word "Order" the thing to click on? This sounds like an obnoxious request, but the number is so small!

  8. Batch printing Labels and RFID tags in one action

    I'd like to be able to select newly added (or old) purchased stock and print their labels and RFID tags. Printers are available to do both. Spineomatic app still requires manual adding of barcodes which wastes time.

  9. See also fields for vendor names

    Many of our vendors change names from time to time so it would be great to have a searchable "see also" or "formerly known as" field in the vendor record for a vendor's previous names.

  10. Send email from the pol to the interested user?

    Acquisitions
    Sometimes we receive a response from a supplier that we want to communicate to the interested user: the high price, or the offer of another edition, etc.
    We think it would be interesting to be able to communicate this information to the user without having to leave the POL. Also the information would reach the user with the POL information to which reference is made.

  11. Adding the possibility to display the portfolio lists and the item list when creating a lending request from search

    When creating a lending request from search, it would be nice if we could display the portfolio list and the items in order to have more info about the availability (coverage and status)

  12. Physical item editor Receiving date

    In the Physical Item Editor Receiving date field, in order to add today's date, one must click on the calendar, then click on the day. Since today's date is already highlighted in the calendar, I would like the option to hit Enter to fill in the field. Even better would be the option of typing a t (for example) and having today's date autofill.

  13. schedule job api support "Reload & Delete"

    Currently there are api interface to trigger running of schedule job. However there are situation where OAI repositories does not support tracking deleted items, therefore, the current solution is to update import profile harvest start date and run "Delete & Reload" manually from time to time. We would like to suggest to include support to update import profile parameter and running of "Delete & Reload" job.

    Please create a notification for when new Purchase Requests are submitted. Something instant and similar to the notification received when requests are submitted in Rialto would be nice.

  15. Add letter resend to Privileges Report so that it can be added to other roles and removed from Fulfillment Admin

    Issue - Currently we need to give staff in reader services the Fulfillment Administrator role so that they can resend emails on users accounts. This role is too significant and gives reader services staff access to change loan rules and other processes.
    Solution - Could Letter Resend be added to the Privileges Report so that it can be added to more appropriate roles (User Admin or User Manager). And it could then be removed from Fulfillment Administrator role.

  16. Archived Reading Lists show up in Reading List Tasks

    When I archive reading lists, they show up in reading list task section and there isn't way to remove them from there. I don't need know that they've been archived, so it would be nice if they didn't show up in this area since I use it to monitor reading lists I'm currently working on. If there is a way to configure this, so they don't show up, I haven't been able to find any documentation for it. (Most of the time I get pointed to Leganto and we don't use it)

  18. provide means to access our Alma and Primo data via our own analytics tools

    we need to analyse and combine our data with data from other systems that are in use at the university. extracting data from Alma in a meaningful way is way too cumbersome to be useful. all methods that I am aware of are based on an Analytics report, and have restrictions on numbers of rows that can be exported at one time. E.g. we would need to compare data from our reading list system (which we can access using an ODBC connector despite the system being SaaS) with print and electronic holdings in Alma and their usage.   19. Choose start month in Alma Analytics schedule

    Alma Analytics has been improved by a lot in ways of scheduling reports. But I am still missing a way to choose a start month when scheduling a quarterly or bimonthly report.

    You can choose a recurrence pattern (eg. monthly, recur every nth month), but there is no way to choose a month for the next run. Each change in recipients or touching the analytics object may start a new interval.

    When choosing a weekly interval, you can also choose a weekday. An option for choosing a month should be added for monthly schedules.
