Stop "User manager" role's ability to add and delete Alma administrator roles
Ideally, there shall be a separation of managing patron users and managing staff users. If that is not possible, please make it impossible for people with "user manager" role to add and delete administrator roles.

Manage Item Returns: Send one Return Receipt Letter can be aggregated like the overdue notices.
There should be a standard configuration that would allow libraries to set it up and set a batch time so a returned receipt would reflect all of the items returned in one day for a given borrower on one "returned" receipt.

FRBR report option in Alma
Primo has the ability to group titles (mulitple editions, for example) using FRBR principles. However, finding multiple editions of titles is very slow and cumbersome in Alma. A "FRBR" report option in Alma/Analytics would be very beneficial for collection work and could draw on capabilities already existing in Primo.

Merge rules: Make primary and secondary records configurable
For merge rules, it is currently fixed which of the two records involved is primary and secondary. However, for certain scenarios, it would be very handy to have the possibility to change that default configuration (a) as default for the specific rule, and (b) when applying the merge rule in the metadata editor. For example, if you want to use external search to enrich your record on the left pane with the record on the right pane. Controlled Vocabulary: Display locally managed controlled vocabularies in the Controlled Vocabulary Registry
As a metadata administrator, I want one place in the Alma configuration that shows me all controlled vocabularies so that I can view and modify them more easily.
Currently, locally managed controlled vocabularies (that are linked locally to just one specific field) aren't displayed in the controlled vocabulary registry. This makes it tedious to look them up, view and modify them. To do so, you currently have to go to the specific field and subfield in the metadata configuration. This costs a lot of clicks and feels tedious.

Controlled Vocabulary: Deploy Changes the from Controlled Vocabulary Registry Screen
As a catalog administrator, I want to deploy controlled vocabulary changes from the controlled vocabulary registry screen with a deploy button so that don't lose time with navigating to another screen.
Currently, controlled vocabularies that are managed in the controlled vocabulary registry must be deployed in a separate step by going to Alma configuration > Resources > Metadata management > e.g. MARC21 Bibliographic > Deploy.

Expand the functionality of the new labels for PO Lines
Hello! We're starting to implement labels for PO lines in the new user interface. There seem to be two major features that would vastly improve their functionality:
- Analytics indexing
- Ability to add labels in bulk via the Update PO Lines Information job (not just via advanced search).
Our use case is that we're using labels for those POLs which need to be manually encumbered or adjusted after the fiscal period rollover. This could be because we pre-paid for multiple years or because of a multi-year agreement. Each future fiscal year gets a label (FY-2025, FY-2026, etc.) so we can search…

Clone PO LInes to order again
We create different PO Lines for the same order. We need to put different funds, different reporting codes or order more items.
There is no way to clone the PO Line as a way to keep all information and just edit the fields that we have to update.
We need to clone and put the clone in review to edit the fields we need to change and send it to the vendor.

Adding newly registered patrons to the 'Recent patrons'-list
Being able to see patrons entered in a session is very useful, but it would be great if the recent list also included new patrons registered during the session.
Often times, patrons for instance request registration before they find the books they want to borrow. If we could easily access their patron services page when they return with them, it would streamline the process.

Include "On Hold Expiration Date" to "Physical Items"
Please include the "On Hold Expiration Date" from the Alma Physical Items Search to the Analytics field "Physical Items"
To elaborate upon why this is needed:
A title was ordered on February 8th. The "Hold Shelf expiration date" is set for February 23rd. According to the terms of use, 10 working days are correctly taken into account. However, the "Days on Hold Shelf" value displays 14 days, as weekends and holidays are included in this calculation. Add indication that the bib. record has a MDE note
It would be helpful to have an indication that there is a MDE note regarding this record posted by a cataloger.
One option to see this indication can be on the preview of a bibliographic record. It can appear the same way as when there is an order for the record (see photo attached), and if you click the number, it should take you to the note.
Additionally, it should be either reportable to Analytics or searchable in Alma, so that it will be possible to find all the records that have MDE note.54 votes -
Issue with Embargoed Bibliographic Record Display in Primo
Current situation:
Despite configuring an embargo on a digital file, the bibliographic record continues to show up in Primo. In an effort to resolve the issue, we suppress the bib record, but even after the embargo has expired after two years, the record is not visible in Primo.Desired outcome:
If an embargo is in place, it can affect whether the bibliographic record is suppressed or not. Display Number of Renewals information under ‘Other Details’ of a Physical item
To enhance the circulation service and provide convenient access to usage information, we suggest displaying the renewal information including ‘number of renewals’ and ‘last renewal date’ under the ‘Other details’ section of a physical item in Alma. The number of renewals records how many times the due date of a loaned item was extended before the ‘maximum renewal period’. This figure is often essential to measure the usage and understand patron’s intention to continuously keep the loaned item.

See also fields for vendor names
Many of our vendors change names from time to time so it would be great to have a searchable "see also" or "formerly known as" field in the vendor record for a vendor's previous names.

Sorting the linked data records in the Fund transactions
In the Funds and Ledger Transactions area, it is completely illogical that the related records cannot be sorted, but can be sorted by Type, Date and Amount. A classic use case:
I would like to know whether a particular pole has been assigned Encumberance, Disencubrance and Expenditure. As it is not clear whether the date is the invoice date or the current date of the respective action, this sorting method does not help at all.3 votes -
Add the ability to group select items in the 'Monitor Requests & Item Processes' view, the same as we can in 'Expired Holdshelf'
It would be useful to be able to group select items in the 'monitor requests and item processes' so that transit labels for them can be printed in bulk. Currently these have to be done individually per item. The ability to group select items already exists in the 'expired holdshelf' view so would (hopefully) be easy to implement

Recent Material suppliers in drop-down
Currently, when creating new orders in Alma staff users don't get a list of the most recent Material suppliers but only an alphabetical list of all of them.
It would be useful to see 1-2 most recent suppliers in the drop-down in order to gain some time when acquiring multiple books from the same suppliers.2 votes -
