Ex Libris completes required documentation (SAQ-D) for Alma-integration with credit card payment systems
As an Access Services Department Head, I supervise workflows that include payment by credit card. We would very much like to connect Alma to our university approved payment system, but our Division of IT advises that even platforms that redirect to or from pages where credit card information is entered must be PCI (payment card industry) compliant. To meet this requirement, Ex Libris must complete a Self Assessment Questionnaire D (SAQ-D) and Attestation of Compliance for Merchants (https://listings.pcisecuritystandards.org/documents/SAQ_D_v3_Merchant.pdf). Until we have this documentation in hand, we cannot link directly from Alma to our payment system, worsening the user experience for patrons who are asked to cover replacement costs and adding unnecessary steps to staff workflows

I love https://geometrydash2.co Geometry Dash because it tests your patience and reflexes. Each level is a real challenge, and the feeling of victory when you complete it is truly satisfying. However, sometimes I feel too frustrated because of the difficulty.

Hi Stacey, the support case route was tried but responded to with “the security team has informed me that they are still researching the costs and feasibility of acquiring SAQ-D. They do not believe that SAQ-D is relevant in their case, so they have not committed to a timeline.” And that does not satisfy our campus IT department.

This seems like it would be better as a support case, as a documentation issue but also a little more if there is a compliance lapse (rather than product development).
