Internal Identifier number included on Resource Sharing letters
We want to be able to add a requests Internal Identifier number to the Resource Sharing Shipping Slip letter & the Resource Sharing Receive Slip letters, as a way to clearly and consistently identify a request. Because the external ID can change over the life of a request, we will often refer to the internal ID instead. It's useful to have this on the shipping and receive slips because 1. Add "Copy ID" to loan information in Manage Patron Services
When viewing a patron's current loans in "Manage Patron Services", Alma will display information like the loaned item's barcode, but it doesn't display its "Copy ID". When libraries have multiple copies of one item, it can be difficult to tell which item is out on loan to a specific patron without leaving the Patron Services page and going to view the item itself. "Copy ID", like "Barcode", is a unique identifier for an item and should be visible in the same way.

renewal reminder
Is it possible to add the name of the e-collection to the POL renewal reminder email? the current reminder is generic and doesn't have any information in the email to let us know which collection is being renewed. most of the e-collections I have in the network zone, are Electronic Collection -> Subscription. the email reminders are not really helpful without the name.

Tables need an option to clear the default value
There are various code tables in Alma that prompt you to choose "Default Value -- Yes/No" when adding a row to the table. Once multiple rows have been added, it's possible to select one value to be the default value. However, once one value has been chosen as the default at any point in time, there is NO option to clear the default value (short of deleting the default value row which causes other problems). There are times when we don't want a default value but "Yes" was chosen by mistake when adding a new row.

Manage Item Returns: Send one Return Receipt Letter can be aggregated like the overdue notices.
There should be a standard configuration that would allow libraries to set it up and set a batch time so a returned receipt would reflect all of the items returned in one day for a given borrower on one "returned" receipt.

Subtotal multiple allocated fund values on an invoice (for multiple invoice lines)
We often use multiple allocated funds for different invoice lines on the same invoice. When I am trying to compare with our financial system, I have to manually subtotal the amounts per fund to make sure it matches the cost center values. If the subtotal of all allocated funds used on an invoice (different invoice lines) could be present on the invoice lines tab or summary tab, that would be very helpful.

Change / improve the Booking process for staff and patrons
Hi all,
We wish to submit a proposal to change the current booking process for staff creating a booking request in Alma AND for patrons creating their own bookings in PRIMO VE.
Now, Alma’s option to submit ‘’ Booking ‘’ requests requires us to first search an item, select it and then enter booking times for each piece of equipment desired, which is very time consuming.
When patrons book equipment, they often need up to 10 or more pieces of equipment for the same booking period. This is quite inconvenient and increases the risk of mistakes in the process.

Create an Alma Idea exchange category for License
There is no category specific for the License area of Alma, which makes it difficult to find other's ideas for License improvements. I had to choose a category for this idea and went with "Resource management - Electronic", and definitely didn't want to go with "other"

Change e-mail sender address for Collection Contribution Letter
We have observed that Alma sends a “Collection Contribution Status Letter” for CZ contributions, which is different from the ones we can configure in our IZ letter administration. The letter that Alma sends comes from the “Alma Community Zone”, which prevents us from modifying any labels, HTML or sender addresses for these letters. This causes an issue for us because the e-mail sender is set to the Ex Libris’ default non-valid e-mail address “your.department@organization.com”. This sender address is flagged and filtered by our campus wide spam detection software.

Additional Report to ExLibris Option
Adding the option to "Report to Ex Libris" from the Electronic Titles search page would make reporting issues to them much more streamlined.
Currently you have to
1) Find out what collection it is in
2) Go to the portfolio list
3) Search for the title
4) Then you have the option to Report to Ex Libris by clicking the three dots8 votes -
Flag individual articles in Alma as being unavailable.
ExLibris cannot verify accuracy between supplied metadata and a referenced database. As a result, there are times when an article is listed in Primo as available online; However, when the patron tries to retrieve the article, the database returns a not found error. This has been frustrating for our patrons.
Currently there is no way to flag an individual article as being unavailable. As a result, this becomes a recurring error for our patrons; with no option to correct.

Add Lender/Borrower addresses to Label code table in select Fulfillment and Resource Sharing letters
Fulfillment letters and Resource Sharing related letters would benefit from having an easy mailing label field, to be toggled on and off in the “Labels” section for letter editing when a Library would like to add a mailing label to a letter.
With collaboration from our Alliance colleagues, we created a shipping label directly on our Ful Resource Sharing Request letter. When we print our pull slips, a second page is automatically generated with a printed mailing label with the Borrowing Schools address information, along with information to allow our mail room to expense it to the correct fund. Search and replace
It would be useful to have a feature like job that allows you to work on substrings, a sort of search and replace of a part of a part of a string. From what I understand, with jobs I can set or delete values but I cannot work on the contents as substrings.

Be able to restrict certain libraries to particular user groups only
We need to restrict who can access one of our libraries by user groups. We need to restrict one of our libraries to only be used by users with a certain user group. We want to restrict who can collect a hold request by user group for one of our libraries.

Add more scheduling options for EDI jobs
Currently, there are only 6 options for EDI Job Scheduling and no options to run jobs on specific days. It would be helpful if the EDI Job Scheduling options matched the options that are available for other jobs (for example: Import Profiles have many more options including specific days and times.)

Make “Public access model for “Owned” purchase model” retrievable in Analytics query
When an Ebook Central ebook in the CZ is both owned and available in a subscribed subscription collection, the unlimited users license appears in the portfolio tab Acquisitions/Public Access model, and the number of users for the owned copy appears in "Public access model for "Owned" purchase model." Analytics cannot report out '“Public access model for “Owned” purchase model” in any case. All I can get is Public Access Model. Add "License Type" filter
Under the licenses tab, you're able to view all licenses and amendments that your institution has created. There are currently two filters: "Status" and "Review Status".
It would be helpful if there was an additional filter for "License Type" so that we can filter the list down even further to view only Licenses or Amendments. Some of our licenses come with a TON of amendments, and it's not always ideal to see licenses across multiple pages when I may need to review things regarding our Master Licenses.

Make "Order:#" icon larger
The icon (the number itself) is tiny and unnecessarily complicates looking at the orders. Make it bigger? Make the word "Order" the thing to click on? This sounds like an obnoxious request, but the number is so small!
