Add free/not free information about collections
Currently through Analytics it's not possible to create a report on collections with the information: "Is free?" and "Is Free? (override)".
It is just possible to find "Service is free" and "Service is free (override)" fields, that exclude all collections that don't have any services, such as databases.
We propose to add fields "Is free?" and "Is Free? (override)".33 votes -
Statistics for Cloud Apps
We would like to be able to see some statistics within our IZ regarding Cloud Apps:
- Which user has activated which Cloud App
- How often is a Cloud App used
- When did a user use a specific Cloud App

Possibility to open a record in MDE with MMS ID in URL (Deep Link)
At the moment it is not possible to create a link from an external system or a document which opens the MDE for a given MMS ID.
We would like to speed up the workflows of our cataloguers by having a possibility to generate links to Alma for a list of MMS IDs.
e.g. https://{alma domain}/mde/?mms={mms id}
This could then used by external tools to generate a "show" or "edit" link for our cataloguers.

Add 130 and 246 fields to brief results in Physical Titles search
We would like data from the 130 and 246 fields to display in brief results for Physical titles searches. We would want the 130 field to be labeled as "Uniform Title" and the 246 field to be labeled as "Varying Form of Title." This is useful for serials where the title in the 245 field isn't necessarily the most well-known form of the title.

Display purchase request approval/rejection reason in purchase request alerts in citations
We think it would be helpful for the purchase request approval/rejection alerts for citations in Alma to include the approval/rejection reason. This would appear in the Type field of the alert in addition to the "Citation Purchase Request Approved/Rejected" text (like how the rule used to approve/reject copyright for a citation appears after "Approved" or "Rejected" in the Copyright Status field).

I would like to have the ability to pull up item records when supplying certain words/numbers in the old value field in Analytics.

Enable Advanced search for borrowing and lending requests
Currently Advanced search is not available for Borrowing and Lending requests. The current Alma persistent search box does not provide Resource sharing staff with sufficient access to perform multi level queries.
Direct searching in Alma via Advanced Search would allow staff retrieve specific data such as:
- requests submitted by a specific person and supplied by a specific partner
- requests submitted for Leganto course lists supplied by a specific partner.
- a list of all borrowing requests supplied to a user for copyright compliance reasonsThis functionality would be very useful and time efficient.

Update invoice information in batch
Since we have to approve a lot of invoices and input the same payment information to a pile of invoices, is it possible to 1) set a certain number of invoices as a set and approve them in batch, and 2) update invoice payment information in batch as a job (similar to update PO line information)? Interested In Letter - Remove from preferred email
Could we please have this letter removed from the list of letters affected by:
"For some letters, such as several resource sharing letters, the From: address contains the library's email preferred address, if this address is configured. If the address is not configured, the letters use ILL@exlibrisgroup.com as the From address. The list of letters with this behavior is:"
It doesn't make sense that a letter triggered by an acquisitions workflow is lumped in with a bunch of (largely) resource sharing letters.

Add Electronic Collection Information to the Bib Record Enrichment Fields in the OAI Publishing Profile
Problem - Database type electronic collections are not getting published to Blacklight in the OAI publishing job. So bibliographic records that have database type electronic collection inventory attached, display as records without inventory in the catalog.
Situation as described by Ex Libris - The OAI publishing profile is designed to publish the BIB record plus the enrichment fields. The Collection enrichment in the profile is for the Digital Collection, not the Electronic collection. Additional Locations for Shelf Report
The ability to select multiple locations for the Shelf Report tool would be very valuable. For example, if we scan multiple floors but each floor is a separate location, we end up with a large number of items skew the report and require us running the same report again and trying to weed out the overlaps. This would also simplify the report if collections were intermixed within a physical location such as Floor 1 and Floor 1 - non-circulating or Floor 2 and Floor 2 - Oversized.

Ability to open links in metadata editor in a new window
The "Go to link" feature for URLs in the Metadata Editor should give the option to open the link in a new window.

Improve the e-book purchase request workflow
The purchase request workflow needs to be improved for acqusition of electronic resources.
Currently, you can either approve or reject a purchase request. An approval automatically creates a POL and a standalone portfolio based in the Purchase Request BIB record. Both outcomes are unfortunate when working with e-books. An e-book will usually be ordered on the vendor site (e.g., the ProQuest portal) rather than through an Alma POL. It should be possible to select whether a POL is created. Toggle the copying of Configuration to Premium Sandbox
A recurring theme in NERS voting is the ability to maintain Premium Sandbox Configuration changes on refresh.
I suggest that instead of allowing for export and import of tables an extra toggle be added to the Premium Sandbox Configuration area. When this toggle is selected NONE of the configuration tables from the Production version are copied at refresh. This would allow sites who wish to maintain their sandbox changes to do so while sites that would prefer the overlay have the option. show exchange rate
Under the Summary tab, Pricing, have a Native Pricing line where the price is calculated with the current exchange rate. Also, in the Invoice Lines tab, allow for an option to show Native Pricing in the table settings.

Customization of the search categories
The customization of the search categories to be displayed in the Advanced or Simple Search is solved very very awkwardly. 3 clicks for each category is just too complicated.
My suggestions:
- Make activation switch directly operable
- Make list sortable by activated terms

- Checkboxes for the terms in both columns for advanced and simple search
- Improve the explanation in the KB, because
translating "dc:Title" with "Dc Title" has no added value. An explanation that dc:title B is e.g. DUBLIN CORE title would be super, so that one knows what one activates there.Please improve at least…

Make Alma able to deactivate the security of the RFID tags when lending items from other IZs
In a network circulation context, Alma cannot currently disable the security of the RFID tag when lending the document from another institution zone (hold shel request on items of other IZs). We would like Alma to be able to deactivate the security of items of other IZs. Currently the deactivation must be done "manually" in a third party software.
