Enable Alma to add to the letters a "Reply to" in the email message header
reply to can only be added as a text line, it would be much better if it was added in the header

Yes, this would be useful for us. We have a ticketing system (libanswers) we want users to respond to instead.
We used to put the libanswers address in the 'From' field in our mail templates, but this would cause the messages to be flagged as spam. It has been suggested we use a reply-to field, but this isn't currently available in Alma.

It woud be useful to be able to specify a separate reply to address, i.e. one that goes in a Reply-to: header, so that Out of Office replies go to the From: address, which doesn't need any action by staff, whereas human replies to the Reply-to: address for a ticketing system, for example.
Every month we have to delete lots of tickets for out of office replies to Borrowing Activity Letters, so it would be easier if these could go into a separate mailbox to be deleted in bulk.

Assigning a 'Circulation communication' address to the institution or to a library enables a 'From' address on library emails. The 'From'address will be visible to patrons and patrons will be able to reply to it.
This also enables users to indicate separate 'From' email addresses for the different libraries of the institution. If the circulation communication email is not indicated for the library, the circulation communication email indicated for the institution is taken.
Does that match the required feature ?
