Hello,
We have received the mapping for the discovery metadata for the general SDGO collection, and it will be added by November 2023.
Please be advised that currently there is no way for us to map the SDGO sub-collections, because the chapters and articles CDI metadata does not contain any tags to match them to the sub-collections.
Kind regards,
Tamar Ganor

This is in development as part of the 2024 NERS enhancement process: 8530 (Prevent multiple requests from a same borrowing library within a short period of time)
Thanks!

It seems that for borrowing requests, the rules only really support the CONTU Guidelines Rule of Five. The Rapido copyright rules has a "Number of Requests Per User on Specific Resource" parameter, which sounds useful if it was in the Alma rules.

There has been related development since this idea was first posted. It is now possible to use the Reading List Citation Update Task to Synchronize Citations with Repository, including an option to handle citations that are linked to deleted bibliographic records (delete or detach citation). The job can also be run in report mode. As of the May 2024 release it is possible to schedule the job to run on a regular basis. We believe this resolves this idea, but please test and let us know if otherwise.

It woud be useful to be able to specify a separate reply to address, i.e. one that goes in a Reply-to: header, so that Out of Office replies go to the From: address, which doesn't need any action by staff, whereas human replies to the Reply-to: address for a ticketing system, for example.
Every month we have to delete lots of tickets for out of office replies to Borrowing Activity Letters, so it would be easier if these could go into a separate mailbox to be deleted in bulk.
