Enable embedding fund balance graphs and data on Alma Home Screen
Fund balance data from Analytics is inaccurate as data is piped in to Analytics on a daily basis, making fund balance widgets created in Analytics less useful for checking available balances. We would like to request the ability to quickly access up-to-the moment fund and available balances available under each fund under Acquisitions > Funds and Ledgers > Fund > Reports in home page widgets. This would enable staff placing order to check live fund balances easily on a regular basis.

Real-time physical inventory:
1. Ability to choose location and general call number range
2.Displayed by call number order including title, number of charges, number of browses and current item status (missing, work order, on loan)

Customize display of fields in Alma Article request form
We would like to display the fields in the Alma article request form in the following order: Journal name, year, volume, issue, pages, article title, article author, and issn - and not in the order these fields are currently hard-coded (e.g. author initials splits volume and issue, and publication date is at the end of the form)

Enable bulk due date changes based on a set of items listed by barcode
We've had occasions where it would have been useful to be able to create a set of items, for example, in Alma Analytics. Then to take that set of items, e.g. a CSV or Excel file listing the barcodes, and then to update the due dates of all those items, to a new fixed value.
This is similar to the current Bulk Due Date Change functionality, but with the addition of uploading a list of items to change.

Add series titles to Alma letters
Some items are more easily identified by there series titles than by the title of the actual volume. But the series title is not exported in the xml of the letters.
(Series title is in the 8xx $$t fields of the bib record).

Job for copying the configuration from the production environment into the Standard Sandbox
Making testing and training in an Alma Standard Sandbox based on Ex Libris provided configuration is very difficult since this configuration may be very different from the one in the customer's production environment.
Currently Ex Libris is offering two types of Sandboxes for Alma:
(1) "Standard" - by default included in Alma subscription pricing. This sandbox contains Ex Libris provided data and configuration

Re-loan should not cause automatic renewal of items already on loan
When loaning an item to a patron, who has this item already on loan, the system automatically renews the loan (if possible). An option in configuration is needed to suppress this automatic renewal for the following reason: too many errors occur, when the item is automatically renewed. If the patron intends to return the item and the circulation desk operator by accident scans the item for loan, then the item is back in the library stacks but by accident renewed for the patron (who will get claimed!).

This is about allowing Course Reserves course and reading lists to be able to be managed in sets and deleted in bulk.
We would like the ability to manage course reserves reading lists and courses in bulk. Currently, it appears that we can only delete them one at a time and have thousands of old outdated ones. This could either be done in the Mange Fulfillment Sets or just Manage Sets and then we would want a way to delete them too with a job.

Enable labeling enumeration and chronology fields
It can be difficult to recall the meaning of enumeration and chronology fields, e.g., Enumeration A, Enumeration B, Chronology I, etc.). It would be helpful if general system administrators could change the labels of these that show to staff, for example, change Enumeration A to Year.

Make citation information mandatory in digitization requests
The patron form for digitization does not make page numbers, or any citation information mandatory. This would be helpful for patrons who do not provide complete information.

Maintain patron information with missing items
When a patron places a request for an in place item, but the item is not located, we toggle the missing status for the item. This disconnects it from the patron record. It needs to remain attached so when the item is located it can still be held for the patron.

Narrow Withdraw Items job functionality to Physical Items sets
Restrict the Withdraw Items to functioning with Physical Items (barcode) sets. (Currently it will run with sets of Physical Titles and effectively perform as if the job DELETE BIBLIOGRAPHIC RECORDS were run with the “Delete all associated inventory resources” parameter selected.)
Include OCLC number in the Excel Export for Physical Items (currently only Physical Titles sets export with the OCLC number, but those sets function erroneously in the Withdraw Items job)

Display both charges payable and total charges owed.
At present the main page of a user's account displays the total amount of charges payable, but does not show a total for charges that are still accruing - e.g. fines on books that are currently overdue.
This would be useful information to see, and could be displayed so:
Total Owed (Amount Payable): £10.00 (£5.00)
OR
Charges Payable: £ 5.00
Charges Pending: £ 5.00
Total: £10.00Or similar.

Renewing resource sharing requests
When changing the date in the borrowing side, we then have to manually change again in manage patron services. It would be great if we could just amend the date once and this information is carried across.

Add a "delete" command in addition to the "withdraw" command
Currently, when a staff deletes an item record, the person can only use the "withdraw" command, even if the person is deleting an item record created by mistake. Adding an additional Delete command will distinguish the two purposes. We can then pull out WITHDRAW statistics in Design Analytics for the true withdrawn items, and not including the number of item records deleted for purposes of cleaning up data.

Ability to use import profiles on OCLC Connexion exported records
Currently import profiles can applied to Marc files that are uploaded into Alma. One can use the import profile to specify match methods, tell Alma how to deal with matches of existing and incoming records (overlay, merge, or use NZ record), and also specify inventory info to map the Marc 949 field to holdings and item records. Although the OCLC Connexion integration profile deals with importing records it lacks the features described in the previous sentence. Moving item records to differenent holding records and merging holding records
Being able to merge holdings records that have been accidentally created. Either that, or moving item records to different holding records, even if the holding records are in the same location, but different call numbers.

Remove "Reading lists - unassigned" from the Tasks panel
Our Course Reserves > Reading Lists workflow does not include assigning the lists to any particular person. We would like to have unassigned reading lists that are completed removed from the tasks panel.

Expand "Create Physical Items Work Order" job to include work order Status
The “Create Physical Item Work Orders” job should be expanded to allow users to add work order Status in addition to Type and Department to a set of records. Currently adding Status is a 2nd separate step. After running the job to apply Type and Department, you must then sign into the appropriate Currently At location, Manage In Process Items, and then apply the Work Order Status (limited to one screen of 20 records at a time). Very Inefficient!

sound alert for task
Sound Alerts for Pick From Shelf Requests
Can we please have a sound alert when new "Pick from Shelf" requests arrive as we use this for Reading Room requests which need to be actioned as soon as they arrive. Sound alerts would need to optional.
It would be good to have these available for other tasks in fulfillment such as when "holds" or "lost books" are returned and another action needs to happen36 votes
