Add "VAT Percentage" to Analytics
Currently there is no way to get the VAT percentage of an invoice or invoice line in Analytics. There is only "VAT Code %", but this is useless for institutions that don't use VAT Codes.

customize job schedules
The existing schedule options for jobs are limited to daily, weekly, or monthly. It would be nice to be able to customize job schedules.
For example, we'd like to run a job for an Analytics report every four months rather than every day, every week, or every month.

Improve search for ayn diacritic directly after hyphen
In a romanized Hebrew search when an ayn diacritic appears directly after a hyphen, there is zero results with the expected search: "gozeret ha-orot" (no spaces). This very search has the expected result in Primo but not Alma. That search also works in OCLC Connexion. I was told to use a space instead of a hyphen in Alma, which brought up the record but it is not the way one expects to search in this instance.

work order status scope to work order department
Currently in Alma, the work order deparment and work order status are two separate lists associate with a work order type. In our library, sometimes branch libraries may track work order status differently, we ended up with a long list of work order status that shared among all work order departments, some status may not applicable to some work order department. We would prefer to have multiple work order status lists that scope to individual work order department respectively.

Add a tab to Manage Sets that shows Sets linked to Publishing Profiles
From Admin - Manage Sets we can see My Sets, Public Sets, and All Sets. It would be useful for there to be a way to more easily distinguish and find sets that are used in Publishing Profiles. As more and more integrations with third party services rely on Publishing (HathiTrust, Google Books, RapidILL, BrowZine, Syndetics, etc.) more and more sets need to be created and maintained and occasionally tweaked if locations or libraries are added, removed, or changed, or if new materials within the sets become unshareable for some reason.

Include T&Cs in the Patron Deposit Status Update Letter
Include the T&Cs that the patron agrees to in the XML for the deposit status update letter, and accommodate it in the stylesheet when the resource is submitted.
They would then have a copy of what they agreed to.
I understand we could customise the letter to include this, but I'm concerned that if the T&Cs change, then there is a risk that the letter is not updated at the same time.

Fulfillment Network Users get roles assigned by Role Assignment Rules
Network Zone/Fulfillment network users get roles scoped to our institution zone by the role assignment rules, which makes it appear that they have access to user and financial and other data of our institution, even if they don't.
I propose changing the behavior so that users who are not local, and from another institution are ignored by the role assignment rules.

Add ISO 639-3 microlanguage names to Alma title search facets
In Alma titles search facets, display the microlanguage name instead of its code. PCC recently approved the implementation of the ISO 639-3 language codes for use in MARC 008/35-37 and also 546$b.

Customizing search result sort options for Physical Titles/Holdings/Items searches
When conducting a Physical Items/Holdings/Titles search in Alma, it would be ideal to have the capability to: change what the default sort options are; customize additional sort field options for the Primary and Secondary sorts so an institution may sort by any field in their catalog that they desire; hide sort options from the drop-down menu that are not needed or not used.

Out-of-the-box reports - misleading column headers
A number of reports have column headers which do not reflect the results of the actual criteria used in the report e.g. Count of Items Loaned have a column header of Loans (In House + Not In House) where a filter of ‘In House Loan Indicator is equal to / is in N’ has been applied. Appreciate that you can go in and change the Column Heading description but not all users will think to check the criteria of a report and assume the results are for that indicated in the column header - see attached document for example and…

Ability to relink multiple portfolios to another bib instead of one at a time
I'd like to have the option to relink multiple portfolios from one bib record to another instead of one at a time. This happens when I want to use a different bib record than the one in the CZ.

Ability to edit the full text service for a collection after it's been activated
We need the ability to edit a collection's Full text service to "Automatically activate new portfolios" after it's already been activated. We had a number of collections that were activated incorrectly during migration but didn't discover that until a year later because it took awhile for meaningful CZ changes to occur where we were finally able to determine whether migrated collections were configured correctly. There is nothing (?) in the collection record to indicate what service was activated. We're not able to change the full text service without reactivating the collection again which creates duplicates and involve too much retrospective…

Override patron physical item request Limit
There is a Max. physical item requests in Patron Limits.
However there doesn't appear to be an ability to allow staff to override this limit, which from time to time they need to do.
I propose that there is a parameter that allows staff with a particular role the ability to override this limit.1 vote -
Rollover PO lines that are fully invoiced but not paid
Example:
1. A PO is created and gets fully invoiced in mid-December.
2. In January the fiscal period closure happens. Said PO does not get rolled over (as it's fully invoiced).
3. Sometime later in January the invoice gets paid.The conflict lies in step 3: In Alma the payment is linked to the fund from the old year, while our financial department actually payed it from the fund of the new year.
One possible solution would be in step 2 to also allow rollover of PO lines that are fully invoiced but not paid yet.

Add Item Fulfillment Note pop-up window to Mobile App
When scanning in barcodes using the Mobile App, there is currently no functionality to provide a pop-up note when an Item Fulfillment Note exists. We use this note to indicate any additional loose materials that belong with the item.

Trial Feedback in POLine
Currently Trials are created from the POLine but once a trial is evaluated and closed only a single note appears in the POLine saying "Decision to purchase at this time" if approved.
It would be helpful if a trial information could be added to the POLine either as a Tab that includes the Summary and Analysis of the trial or as a Link on the Side Bar the same as the PO

Adding collection URL to Alma publishing
When a bibliographic record that describes an aggregator package is published, the URL from the collection level is not included. No portfolios are attached to such records. We would like to be able to export access details from a collection in a publishing job.

Collect statistics about CZ Authorities records
We are looking for a way to collect statistics of GND authority records created by our Institution via Alma in the Community Zone.
This could be done via Analytics (for exemple by adding an CZ Authorities subject area) or another reporting tool.
Among other things, we would like to know which user has created or modified an authority record in the CZ.1 vote -
API versioning (especially user API)
API updates should be rolled out with an opt-in and out option. So that developers can test and adopt new versions and roll back if problems occur. Currently we just get a new version and if this new version breaks any of our custom integrations. We have no way to compare to old behaviour or opt out of the update until we can fix this.
Example of this is the November API changes. The change broke how some of our APIs customizations worked. Our ICT developer team had to make changes to resolve the problems that the November API change…1 vote
