Support multiple photo_identifier_type values
Allow the photoidentifiertype to accept multiple codes. Our institution recently changed primaryIDs and our card issue office cannot retrofit their db for legacy users using the old primaryID.

Add school address as a configurable option for the user card
In the pop up user card that displays, for example, in the Borrowing Requests screen, you can configure the home or work address to display. Since the mandatory address in our student enrolment system Callista, is mapped to the School address in Alma, please add the School address also as a configurable field for the user card.

Link POLs to EDI invoice lines using Identifier field
When loading EDI invoices from a vendor that do not include POL information, use the Alma Identifier field (usually the ISBN) to match the EDI invoice line to the POL.

Add filter for presence of POL to electronic collections portfolio lists
Currently, the only way to determine which portfolios in an electronic collection have an attached POL is to export the portfolio list and check column Z "Orders" in the Excel file. You must then search each portfolio individually to act upon its POL. A filter in the portfolio list for "POL attached" would be much more efficient.

Add API name as an Analytics field in Physical Items subject area
I am looking to create an Alma Analytics report for quality control purposes for the numerous Ex Libris Developer Network's apps we use. Currently, the only way to monitor item record changes using the APIs in the Physical Items subject area is to select "Modified By" but the only option recorded is "exl-api". I cannot monitor which APIs are updating which records with this generic "exl-api" response. I would like to add either a different field to select API by name or update the "exl-api" response to "exl-api_[name of API]".

Increase report limits on Delete bibliographic records job
The Delete Bibliographic Records job does not include a report on the records deleted and any errors if the set is larger than 10,000 records. This number is not sufficiently large enough for operations in a network zone, and the main workaround is to create smaller sets of records and running multiple delete jobs.
Please increase the reporting limits on the delete bibliographic records job.

Run the job ‘Change Physical Items information’ with user role ‘Physical Inventory Operator’ at library level
Background
Currently, a user with ‘Physical Inventory Operator’ role at institutional level can perform physical inventory change by a batch job ‘Change Physical Items information’ in Alma. This applies to a set of any physical items owned by all libraries in an institution. A user with this role at library level has no way to run the job ‘Change Physical Items information’ in Alma as it is not on the job list.Request
In an institution of a network of libraries, a branch library staff often updates information of a batch of physical items owned by branch library. The user role ‘Physical Inventory Operator’ role at institution level grants branch library staff to update information of physical items owned by all libraries in the institution. There is a risk that branch library staff with this role at institution level to apply the job ‘Change Physical Items information’ on a set of items owned by other branch library in Alma.
Hence, I propose to enhance the user role ‘Physical Inventory Operator’ at library level in providing the job ‘Change Physical Items information’ for information update of physical items limited by user’s scope (i.e. branch library) only. For instance, a Head Office library staff with this role ‘Physical Inventory Operator’ at ‘Head Office library’ can run the job ‘Change Physical Items information’ only on the set of physical items owned by ‘Head Office library’ (user’s library scope).Background

Fulfillment Network Users get roles assigned by Role Assignment Rules
Network Zone/Fulfillment network users get roles scoped to our institution zone by the role assignment rules, which makes it appear that they have access to user and financial and other data of our institution, even if they don't.
I propose changing the behavior so that users who are not local, and from another institution are ignored by the role assignment rules.

Allow AFN loans and returns via Offline Circulation
AFN (Automated Fulfillment Network) items can neither be loaned nor returned via Offline Circulation. The Offline client accepts the AFN barcodes, but when we attempt to load the file into Alma the resulting error message is "Item not found. Barcode: [barcode number]". Since non-AFN resource sharing loans are considered “local” records in Alma, they can circulate via Offline Circulation. Please add this functionality for AFN loans and returns as well.

Mouse cursor after save
In the Meta data editor after "save", the cursor goes to the LDR field. It would be nice if the cursor will go to the search of Alma.

Modify column size in search results
We would like to be able to modify the width of the columns for search results in Alma. The collection status (in the "Item Availability" column) can be difficult to read for some records, which forces us to open the record to read it properly.

Access Student Photos Securely
Currently, user photos are only available via a web link https://myurl/photo/studentidentifier.jpg. This means that all student photos need to be available over the internet which in the UK is a Data Breach. There needs to be a way that only the student in question or an authorised staff member can see the photo. It is not possible to use 3rd party software like Azure to do this as the cross-site scripting protection gets in the way.

Fulfillment: User receives an email when an item that has requests on it is issued to them and the loan period is shorter than normal
In our loan Terms of Use the Recall Period and Requested Item Due Date are set to 3 days. If a user requests an item, but then another request is placed on the item before they collect it from the library and it is issued to them, when the item is issued to them they are not informed that there is another request on the item so the loan period is only 3 days. The first the user knows about this is when they receive the overdue notice on the day after the item was due. Most of our libraries use auto-renewals so users are in the habit of not checking the due date of the items they have on loan either when it is issued to them or later by looking at their account in Primo as they presume it will automatically renew.
If when an item is issued to a user there are already other requests on it (truncating the loan period to 3 days) we would like an email to go to the user that the item has been issued to, alerting them to the fact that the loan period is only 3 days and that the item will not automatically renew.

Make "Always show current location" the default
Please either make "Always show current location" checkbox ticked by default or allow a system configuration to toggle whether it is force displayed. It is always more useful to see the location than not.

Stop "User manager" role's ability to add and delete Alma administrator roles
Ideally, there shall be a separation of managing patron users and managing staff users. If that is not possible, please make it impossible for people with "user manager" role to add and delete administrator roles.

Receiving a list of items via a bulk excel spreadsheet or CSV file. This would allow users to avoid mistakes when receiving a large inventory one at a time. For example, when adding an item to a holding record, if all items are issues but the default option is book, there may be human error and they forget to change it to issue. if it was an excel spreadsheet, they could simply fill the cells and copy them for the entire column to insure it would all be issues. Needed columns for magazine receiving at minimum should be month, year, volume, and number.

Portfolio fields for streaming video to indicate season or episode/ or public note visible in portfolio list in Alma
When creating a new portfolio for a streaming video, there is no field where we can enter the information concerning the season and the episodes. We enter this information in the Public notes zone, so it is visible in Primo VE but it is difficult to see it in Alma. Is there a posibility to add a field for this information, r to make the notes field visible in alma? We would like to see this information in the portfolio list See images

Show barcode field of requests in Manage Patron Services
Please add the ability to see the barcode of a requested item (where available) on the Requests tab of the Manage Patron Services screen. It is possible to see barcodes on the Monitor Requests & Item Processes screen but not this one.
