Facilitate automatic transiting option to specified department when creating a work order
A frequent complaint I hear about work orders is repetitive scanning. Adding a radio button that allows an operator to place the item in transit directly to the work order department specified when the work order is created could eliminate the necessity of scanning an item to place it in transit after creating a work order. The option would be helpful from both the Place Items In Process screen after Work Order is selected from a Row Actions List, and within the Create Physical Item Work Order job.

Add a Create Work Order Tab to Scan In Items
Adding a Create Work Order tab to Scan In Items, with dropdown options for Process Type, Do Not Pick from Shelf, Notes and Managing Department, could greatly reduce some of the repetitive clicking and scanning done by processing staff throughout the day.

Add title column to Receive new material > Received items list
When receiving titles for a membership/package we need to see the titles displayed in an extra column on the Received items list in order to distinguish between titles in such a membership/package. See screen prints.

Allow patron load integration using v2 to implement override so internal elements are preserved
Under General Administration when setting up a user record integration using v2 of the user.xsd, there appears to be some missing functionality to bring it in line with the REST user APIs.
The suggestion is to add additional options to the synchronize method so that under Synchronization type where it currently only has 'Swap All' as the only radio button, you could toggle between this and 'Override' as per the User APIs. This would allow internal notes and other internal attributes to be preserved.
It might also be useful to add the list of fields via selection that the Override…

Have option to set Expiration and Purge Date to "Current Date"
It would be useful to have a button that says "Today" or "Current Date" when changing either the Expiration date or the Purge date. We often have to update records for staff and faculty who terminate and having that button would save a lot of time.

Transit Times between libraries to reflect deliveries.
Currently in Alma transit time is an average time with a relevant disclaimer, however we need to create a transit time between two libraries where delivery of books to/from the libraries happens once a week, this tansit time will reflect exact and changing deliveries.

Allow extra xsl files
Currently ALMA does not let you add extra call template files. You are stuck with the default ones

Exporting from analytics
When I run the current loans analytic, I have to scroll down through 500 records to reach the Export button. Please could it be at the top as well?

Evaluation Workflow - Close trial, keep data
The existing Alma Evaluation Workflow does not allow us to CANCEL a POL for an unwanted item, it only allows us to DELETE the POL (and therefore lose the trial/evaluation data).
The Evaluation Workflow documentation (see step 7 in the link below) suggests that cancelling is an option distinct from deleting, but there is no cancel option in Alma.

The use of "%26" in Static URL is not permitted
I encountered some rare cases where the permalink of an article contains "%26" as part of the URL. When I keyed this into the Static URL field and hit Enter, this "%26" is immediately converted into the "&" symbol. Even if I tried to double code it (%2526), it doesn't help.
An example of this link is https://i-law.com/ilaw/browse_lawreports.htm?name=LLR%3a+Insurance+%26+Reinsurance+Plus
It will be converted to https://i-law.com/ilaw/browse_lawreports.htm?name=LLR%3a+Insurance+&+Reinsurance+Plus and the link is broken.

Add Doctoral Thesis as an Electronic Material Type option
Currently there is no option for PhD thesis as an Electronic Material Type, only Masters and dissertation, Doctoral type would be a useful addition.

Ideas Exchange export option
It would be nice if we could export all the ideas from Ideas Exchange into Excel or by csv file so they can be reviewed more easy than page by page to see if an idea is already there (albeit worded differently) before voting. Since we can export our personal data from settings there is obviously some export functionality on Ideas exchange- can we have a bit more?

Provide option to automatically select a record when using the bulk portfolio uploader in cases of multiple matches
The bulk portfolio uploader won't add a portfolio/record if there are multiple matches to an identifier in the CZ. For example, if the uploader file has a journal ISSN that matches two records in the CZ--the job will result in a no action error showing the record numbers of the candidates. We would like to have the option of instructing the system on how to handle the overall file: to make an arbitrary record selection for us when applicable or keep with the default option of reviewing multiple matches manually. Ex Libris to create Custom Labels in Alma Analytics reports for Platform Prompts and Analyses
For Usage reports, it's not always clear which publishers are associated with certain Platform names. For SUSHI harvested data, please consider applying Custom Labels to report Analyses and Prompts.
This would be especially useful for American vendor platforms (lots of them have the acronym APS), Oxford platform, Ovid platform, Springer Nature platforms, and SAGE e.g.
aip = American Institution of Physics (AIP)
APS = American Physical Society (APS)

Permit only public notes in patron files
According to Swiss Data Protection Laws, all notes in a patron file have to be viewable by the patron.
As consequence, we want either:
- Only have public notes in the patron file. Non public notes do not exist. This may be an option that can be activated or deactivated by administrators.
Or:
- The User Viewable attribute is ticked by default. Again, this may be activated or deactivated by administrators.4 votes -

Receiving: continuous vs one-time receiving of items - tabs should retain settings
In Acquisitions - Receive Items, when either the continuous or one-time tab is selected, the Keep in Department check box should retain its status according to the tab selected, e.g. checked for One-time and unchecked for Continuous.

return all loans
Just like the way there is receive all PO lines i would be very helpful to have return all loans function as well this will save lots of time.
