Customizable fields for Electronic Collections
We would like to be able to introduce custom, local fields into our Electronic Collections to help us manage workflows, reporting, and inventory management. Currently, we store a lot of information in our Internal Descriptions to help with this work. It would be great to have dedicated, customizable fields that can be defined for local uses. Ideally, the management of these fields would look like the license term management, with options for free text, controlled vocabularies, and yes/no fields. Allow transferring a recall to the next eligible item without placing a new request
In the event a patron with a recalled item has extenuating circumstances that prevent the item's timely return, it would be helpful to pass the recall process to the next eligible item in the holding, e.g. the next oldest loan. Currently, we are only able to extend the due date of the current loan, and advise the requesting patron to cancel then re-request the item - this would cause issues if there is a queue of requests for the item, and we would like to be able to "bump" the chain of requests down if possible.

Scanning books with Alma Mobile to do Shelf Report
The idea is to allow staffs to scan the barcodes of a batch of books on the shelf to automatically create a list that will upload to Alma Shelf Report, so we can check misplaced books, missing books, and books that have not been added to Alma, etc. This eliminates the need to create an excel list of barcodes, a desktop laptop, and a handheld scanner. Shelf reading will become faster, more streamlined, and more accurate.

Ability to hide/compress inventory list in POL
For POLs that have extensive lists of electronic inventory (i.e., many electronic collections are associated with one POL), have capability to hide or compress that inventory list in the POL, and then show/expand as needed. Otherwise, we need to scroll down past a long list to get to other sections of the POL for both View and Edit. Example is our POL for JOVE, which is linked to 54 collections. CDL has similar examples for consortial content managed in the UC NZ.

Add Description field to Physical Item Lending Policies in Resource Sharing Directory
We have several different resource sharing lending policies within our country, which depend on the particular reciprocal borrowing agreement we have with our partner libraries. It would be nice to automate this somehow in the future, but, for now, could we have a Description field on the Physical Item Lending Policies form?

configuration exeptions in opening hours
I wanted to update the opening hours in the psb for the next year. Some Holidays like the first of january, the first of may or the third of october, the library is closed every year.
I realized, that I can’t add a „recurrence“ for these days with the record type „exception“. If I add a new record and choose the record type „event“ I can add a „recurrence“ but the status will be „open“. I can’t change the status to „closed“

Expand Number of User Identifiers in Analytics
In Alma Analytics, when running User analyses, only two user Identifier options are made available under the Users | User Details subject area. Each of these two Identifier options can be associated with a single user identifier type by Ex Libris, requiring that a case be opened with Ex Libris to change that association as needed. Given that there is no limit to the number of user record identifier types in Alma for an institution, having only two user identifiers readily available in Analytics is very limiting and inefficient. expected receipt date
Is it possible to display the expected date of receipt for each copy as an additional category in the list of copies?

E-Resource Activation Task List trigger
When closing a subscription PO line, associated e-resources are automatically added to the E-Resource Activation Task List to determine whether they need to be deactivated. It would be more useful if this were based on the "subscription to" date in the PO line, rather than happening when the PO line is closed. We often close a subscription order several months before the subscription officially ends, and we don't want to deactivate the portfolio until that end date. Display logic to hide services by user assigned RS library
Allow Discovery Interface Display Logic rules to hide service Rapido Physical Offer based on user's assigned resource sharing library.
In our instance, we have one default/generic RS library and several location-based RS libraries. Users are put in the generic RS library by default, then reassigned to a specific RS library depending on where they are enrolled. For example, a patron in Chicago would have the Chicago RS library assigned, while an online patron would still have the generic RS library assigned.

View All Holdings button - place in a prominent position in Receive>Manage Items page
From the Manage Items page in Alma Acquisitions Receiving, the View All Holdings button is not visible from the Manage Items page. It requires clicking into one individual item and then the button appears in the right-hand panel. This is too many steps down.

Add warning for active title-level-requests when relinking or deleting holding records or items
When relinking holdings and items to new bib records or deleting holdings or items, requests can get lost. This is the case if they are on the titel level instead of on the item level.

Add a Delete button for portfolios in the Community Zone Updates Task List
Could a "Delete" button be added to the set of available options when reviewing portfolios in the CZ Updates Task List? There are options to Test Access and Edit the portfolio, but in order to delete a portfolio you must leave the list and do a separate search. It would be much more efficient if there was an option to delete from within the list.

Restrict circulation of reading list items to students in a course
Hello,
In Alma, our library would like to add students to a course, and then have circulation of the reading list for that course restricted to the students in that course.In other words, students who are not linked to a course would be unable to checkout items from the reading list for that course.
Ideally, this would be an option when creating or editing a course.

The option for Fulfillment AND Internal notes to pop up during Check in/out
When scanning an item into the Scan In Items screen, both Fulfillment and Internal Notes pop up. However, when scanning items into the Circulation screens (Manage Patron Services & Return Items), only Fulfillment notes pop up.
We would like the option for Fulfillment AND Internal Notes to pop up for staff while using the Circulation screens at the desk. There tends to be important information in both fields that they should be aware of while checking items in and out.

Borrowing requests: comment (from Primo) should not be transferred to request note field but to the Note field
The content of the comment (from Primo) was transferred to the "Request Note" field (=Request Attributes).

In our Automated Fulfillment Network (AFN), we are using the "volume" field in the resource sharing request form as the way users can indicate which volume(s) of a multi-volume set they wish to request from another AFN member institution. These requests are title level requests.
