Ubicación temporal no prestable.

From 'view vendor' list in POL, add '+' capability to Add Vendor?
Right now one has to either search vendor before order entry, or gamble that the vendor is already in the database and just try entering the POL. But then, if the vendor is NOT in the database, one has to back all the way out, add the vendor, and then start over.
It would be great to have an 'add vendor record' link right there, with a 'back' button to finish the POL in progress, That would really minimize workflow interruptions during the POL entry process. Might others find this helpful? If you hate stopping, navving somewhere else in Alma, and having to nav back to the original context; and if you especially hate forgetting to finish the process after an interruption, toss a couple of votes this way! This is such a rare need for some, that it's unblievably easy to forget to make sure there's a vendor record.

Fulfillment Network Users get roles assigned by Role Assignment Rules
Network Zone/Fulfillment network users get roles scoped to our institution zone by the role assignment rules, which makes it appear that they have access to user and financial and other data of our institution, even if they don't.
I propose changing the behavior so that users who are not local, and from another institution are ignored by the role assignment rules.

Allow re-ordering of categories (Online Services; GES) within ViewIt area
It is currently possible to modify the Online Services Order and General Electronic Services Order, so that some services will be displayed at top or bottom within these individual categories (Fulfillment Configuration > Discovery Interface Display Logic). However, all the Online Services always display above all the General Electronic Services. We would like to be able to modify this default, to move a single (or all) GES above the Online Services in ViewIt display. This functionality would be very useful to institutions, since custom GES may be used to address specific local institutional needs which may take priority over other services.

Batch editing and deleting invoices
There is currently no way to batch delete invoices. Old invoices can be an issue when it comes to deleting POLs. For those of us with thousands of invoices to delete, it would be extremely helpful to have a batch delete option.
Additionally, a job to set invoices back to review (in bulk) would be very helpful.

Add the option to custom harvest the entire institution's SUSHI accounts
We usually analyse the usage data of the whole previous year. In our "Monthly usage data" overview many reports failed. We have 100+ vendors with SUSHI accounts.
To manually go to each vendor and custom harvest the year's usage data takes a long time.
Please include the option to run a job that harvests ALL SUSHI data as a custom harvest.

Set continuing orders not to claim
There are some continuing orders for which we do not "receive" every item, such as newspapers that will be discarded after several weeks. It would be great if PO lines had an option to indicate that they should not be claimed. They end up cluttering up the Claims list and making the list harder to work with, when we are never going to claim or receive those issues. We also can't set up automatic claiming because we don't want emails sent for these titles.

work order status scope to work order department
Currently in Alma, the work order deparment and work order status are two separate lists associate with a work order type. In our library, sometimes branch libraries may track work order status differently, we ended up with a long list of work order status that shared among all work order departments, some status may not applicable to some work order department. We would prefer to have multiple work order status lists that scope to individual work order department respectively.

Items should not be able to be checked out if they haven't been received
If an item isn't fully received at the receiving desk and is still showing as in the Acquisitions Tech Services department, items should not be able to be checked out to patrons, or they should be automatically marked as received and a work order created so they are routed back to the Acquisitions Tech Services department once returned. If items aren't fully or correctly received due to human error but are checked out to patrons, they may never be thoroughly received because they are likely to just be re-shelved when they are returned. It shouldn't be possible to complete fulfillment actions on an item that, according to Alma, doesn't yet exist in the inventory.

Add the Additional Information field to Invoice Lines screen
When viewing Invoice Lines within a Purchase Order it is possible to add the Additional Information field from the Invoice Line as a column to this screen.
However, when viewing Invoice Lines from within an Invoice it is NOT possible to add the Additional Information field from the Invoice Line as a column to this screen.
We would like it to be possible to add the Additional Information field Invoice Lines screen within an Invoice so that there is consistency between Invoice Lines tab on a Purchase Order and the Invoices Lines tab on an Invoice

Scan item barcode in Manage Patron Services
When using "Fulfillment -> Manage Patron Services" to view a user's account, the "Submit Request" button presumably could be used to put a hold request on an item for that user, but the only search index that this method allows is "All Titles". You can search for a title, and you can use the hamburger menu button to open up other options like MMS ID, ISBN, etc., but even this and the further embedded Advanced search only uses "All Titles". This means that you can't scan an item's barcode and put a request on that item using the "Physical Titles" or "Physical Items" index. There should be a way to enable these indexes for this "Submit Request" route, and further to make one of them the default instead of "All Titles: Title". This would allow Alma users to scan a stack of books one after the other in order to put requests on them for a specific patron instead of needing to search for each with a series of separate steps and clicks for each title.

Display new Library Review request in the Task List
Hello, I am a new customer so this may already be possible... but it would be a great help if whenever a new Library Review is requested to be able to quickly see it in the task list.
It would also handy if you could run a report of all completed reviews. Thanks3 votes -
Network Zone indicator for centrally paid collections
In our instance of the Network Zone, we have collections that the central office negotiates a price for the libraries but the central office does not pay for those collections. We also have collections that are paid for by the central office. Currently I add internal notes indicating if the collection is centrally paid or not. Can an indicator be added to the CZ collections, in which during activation, you could check a box in the Activation Wizard: Electronic Collection and Services Setup that indicates the collection is centrally paid for.

Library of Last Resort
Hello. On the 'Level of service required' drop-down menu, could you add 'Library of last resort' as an option? Or have it as a standalone field to tick? Thanks.

ILL cancel/reject workflow - "Lender Reject Email Letter"
ILL workflow scenario of a library with several sublibraries.
- Step 1: The (central) Resource Sharing Department creates a fulfillment request to receive a book from a sublibrary (to be sent via interlibrary loan).
- Step 2: The sublibrary can not or will not send the book and therefore the sublibrary cancels the request. This also triggers a "Lender Reject Email Letter" to ILL partner. However, the fulfillment request cancellation form only provides these fields:
- Cancellation reason
- Cancellation noteBut a "Lender Reject Email Letter" needs the following fields:
- Reject reason
- Note to partnerThe "Cancellation reasons" do not match with the "Reject reasons" (see attachement).
Because Alma is missing "Reject reason" and "Note to partner", the "Lender Reject Email Letter" provides hard-coded the following data:
/notification-data/reason-unfilled: Other
/notification-data/note-to-partner: Request cannot be fulfilledIt is fine that by canceling the fulfillment request, the ILL partner is also informed and the Resource Sharing Department does not have to perform this action additionally.
But no "standardized" reason for rejection (as in the reject form) and also no personalized note can be passed to the ILL partner.
As a result, there are always questions from ILL partners (whether the book cannot be borrowed in general or whether it is only borrowed at the moment).Possible solution:
The fulfillment request cancellation form provides a optional section where you can choose a "Reject reason" and place a "Note to partner" (which is necessary for the "Lender Reject Email Letter").Thank you in advance!

Add Patron Limit threshold block for number of lost items
It should be possible to automatically block users based on a set threshold for the number of items they have checked out that are in a lost status.
Currently, the Patron Limits table only contains delinquency threshold blocks for Max Overdues, Max Cash, and Max Overdue Recalls.
Not all institutions automatically charge a lost item replacement fine for lost materials. For some lost items, the replacement cost may be below the Max Cash block threshold for the user’s user group, but the library would still like the user to be accountable for/aware of their lost status materials; being unable to continue to use library services until the lost item is returned has proven an effective way to automatically get the patron’s attention. The majority of institutions do not use the bursar functionality to automatically transfer fines to the patron’s campus account (or, the patron is a linked user from another institution who is not eligible to have their fines transfer to the bursar).
Being able to automatically block a patron based on their number of lost items, in addition to/instead of their owed Max Cash, will make the work of library staff more efficient. Please add a Lost Item threshold to the Patron Limits in Alma.

Packaging PO Lines into a PO: properties
Currently PO lines are packaged into a single PO if all the following properties match:
- Vendor account
- Owner
- Currency
- Continuity – One-time/continuous
- Acquisition method
- Source type
- Ordering Library
- FundWe order from some suppliers in different currencies. Therefore, the match criteria "Currency" is unfortunately not ideal for us.
It would be great if you could adjust the criteria here for your own institution.Thank you in advance!

Add "VAT Percentage" to Analytics
Currently there is no way to get the VAT percentage of an invoice or invoice line in Analytics. There is only "VAT Code %", but this is useless for institutions that don't use VAT Codes.
