Automatic Upload of Electronic Holdings Integration Profile ELS ClinicalKey
I would like to suggest an API integration profile for Elsevier to include ClinicalKey collections. This feature is currently available for ScienceDirect and ScienceDirect eBooks, but not for ClinicalKey.
We currently spend a significant amount of time in deleting and adding portfolios to these collections each month.

Provide better bib relinking functions
Provide better relinking functions. For example, when I need to move all the items (with multiple holdings) to another record, I need to transfer one holdings record at a time. It would be nice to be able to select the holdings records we want to move and relink them one time. Also when we are moving course reserve holdings from a short bib record to a full bib record the reading list does not update to the full bib record. Adding the borrower code stats to the patron detailstable in the fullfiment subject area
The fullfiment subject area contains several tables related to the readers who borrowed the document including the "patron details" and "borrower details" tables. According to the documentation the data stored in the patron detail table are the characteristics of the reader at the time of the transaction. The "borrower details" table stores the characteristics of the reader at the time of the request.
It would be useful if the patron statistical codes were stored in the "patron details" table so that they can be historized.

Make Author available in Ful Fines\Fees Notification Letter
"Author" is available in some other letters, like the Courtesy Letter, so it seems like it should be available in the Fines/Fees letter and anywhere the item title is available.
"Title" is helpful, but often not distinctive, and often does not contain the author (in 245 $c) depending on cataloging practices.

Bulk add perpetual access dates
We would like to be able to add perpetual access dates in bulk to individual portfolios. This functionality would be helpful for tracking perpetual access on packages/bundles where a large number of portfolios share a common start and/or end date.

Link to interested user's record from PO Line
As a Purchasing Operator, I want to access a user's record from the PO Line 'Interested Users' tab, so that I can see user details quickly without interrupting my navigation.
Currently, you have to copy and paste information from the table into an Alma search and manually find the user. This interrupts Alma's navigation flow as it starts a new search, and there is no easy way to go back to the PO line or your previous search without repeating yourself each time.

Show vendor name first in dropdown list instead of vendor code
On the page of invoice details, in the vendor dropdown list, the vendor code is displayed which is quite uncomfortable as you have to remember the codes. We would like to see the vendor's name instead. Currently if you want to see the name, you have to open the menu.

Request instead of Interested User
For Alma, request and interested user are two different things. This is not easy for us to work with. In bigger libraries, staff members have access either request nor interested user, so it is difficult to check request/interested user for our users.

Items should not be able to be checked out if they haven't been received
If an item isn't fully received at the receiving desk and is still showing as in the Acquisitions Tech Services department, items should not be able to be checked out to patrons, or they should be automatically marked as received and a work order created so they are routed back to the Acquisitions Tech Services department once returned. If items aren't fully or correctly received due to human error but are checked out to patrons, they may never be thoroughly received because they are likely to just be re-shelved when they are returned. Autoholdings integration for Nature (SpringerNature)
Create an autoholdings integration profile for Nature titles. The titles are already being sent from SpringerNature, however, they get rejected due to the fact that they are not included in the Springerlink CZ Collection for autoholdings. I assume that is due to the fact they have a different base URL (www.nature.com). The tools are already there for the integration. It would be nice to have all SpringerNature titles included in the process.

Add task list- item request be rejected or be cancelled and become to "transit"
found that when the request(any request) is rejected in any way (by patron or librarian) the item's next step is "Transit", but there do not have task or list to let the librarian know.
it will cause these items stuck in "Transit" until someday we need them.
If we can add the task list to let the librarian know which item we should handle it should be better.

Allow libraries to edit addresses for resource sharing partners downloaded from the resource sharing directory or created by Rapido
SUNY libraries are using several resource sharing partners that were either downloaded from the Alma resource sharing directory or created automatically by our participation in a mixed Rapido pod. Unfortunately, we cannot edit the shipping addresses for these libraries. SUNY uses a courier for in state delivery, and that courier needs addresses to be formatted in a very specific manner. Also, some SUNY libraries supplement their partner address records with additional information to help streamline the shipping process. Our inability to edit partner address records has forced us to devote a lot of time to editing the shipping and return…

Adding a physical holdings drop down to the request brief result would help in person enquiries.
Case - Currently, when a user requests an item. If the user then comes to the libary and asks a college librarian to update them about how long before the item is ready to collect. If they search for the request and no item has been return that can fulfill the request. It takes 2/3 extra clicks to go via the 'view title in search' and find out the current availability of the items within that record.
Solution - It would better if it was possible to click on a drop down of all physical holdings on that bibliographic record…1 vote -
Possibility to duplicate a Staff User record
We do use Role Profiles to create new Sfaff Users as easily as possible.
However, we have about 30 sublibraries and colleagues, some of them working in several libraries or have special WO Department permissions, etc. Therefore we do not have suitable Role Profiles for all combinations.It would be great if we could duplicate an existing Staff User record instead of having to create a user from scratch.

Automatically disable a loan rule
During the holidays, we set up exceptional loan rules for a specific period (e.g. summer holidays).
But these rules must be deactivated manually, at a given date, in order to return to the normal rules used during the academic period.
It would be very interesting if these rules could be deactivated automatically by Alma, by entering, for example, an expiry date.

Increase report limits on Delete bibliographic records job
The Delete Bibliographic Records job does not include a report on the records deleted and any errors if the set is larger than 10,000 records. This number is not sufficiently large enough for operations in a network zone, and the main workaround is to create smaller sets of records and running multiple delete jobs.
Please increase the reporting limits on the delete bibliographic records job.

Resource Sharing - Add Create Set Functionality from Rapido to New Resource Sharing UI
Rapido includes a create set feature described here: https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Media_Repository/Rapido_Product_Documentation/Workflows/01_Rapido_Sets#Creating_Sets. With the new Resource Sharing UI, it would be great if this functionality could be made available to Alma users who do not have Rapido.

Add preferred pronouns field to contact people tab information in vendor
In the 'Contact people' tab of a vendor record, there is currently no option to add the preferred pronouns of an individual. There are preferred name and gender options but no where to record the pronouns they prefer.

Have Alma/Primo support the ability to account for coverage dates in physical inventory.
Currently we have a display logic rule in place for articles - so if the item is available in our institution we do not provide a Resource Sharing option for the patron. So - if we do have the item - but not the complete item - (all the dates available) - we need to have the Resource Sharing option available for that patron. The display logic rule doesn't consider coverage dates for the display.
