Field in the user record to serve as flag for anonymization
Create a field in the user record to indicate whether or not to include the patron in anonymization jobs based on their own choices. Ideally, this field can be controlled by the patron directly in their Primo account and we wouldn't need to manage custom forms or customize feeds from SIS systems to manage this. While user groups can be deployed to serve this purpose, for most institutions this is not the desired approach because of the complexities involved.

enhance current authorities reports
Hi, Sir,
The current authority reports can list local authority headings that are or are not linked to bibliographic records. Please enhance the authority statistical report function by adding:The ability to generate statistics on CZ authority records, including local/CZ authority records for author and subject headings.
A statistical summary and detailed list of bibliographic records linked to local/CZ authority records for author and subject headings.
A statistical summary and detailed list of local bibliographic records with author and subject headings that are not linked to local/CZ authority records.

pick from shelf Ability to see multiple libraries
Make it possible to see and pick from shelf options from multiple libraries without changing physical location in Alma. Currently, to view pick-from-shelf options from multiple libraries, you must change your physical location. It would be better if we could see all pick from shelf requests in one place.

Disable the license terms from cascading down from POL to electronic collections and portfolios
The current situation is that after attaching a license to a PO Line, this license will override the license(s) originally attached to the electronic collections and the portfolios. We have 5000+ Chinese ebooks that come with a wide range of number of concurrent users. While we can update them using the 'Run a Job' function, but once the POL that is connected with the electronic collection is updated, it will override the license terms we have for the individual ebooks. Make the physical_condition field in the item record available in the xml of the Loan Receipt Letter
We would like to display information in the Physical Condition field of the item record in the Loan Receipt email. To do so we would need this to be available in the XML. Can this please be included?

Display statistics note labels in Analytics
Controlling item statistics notes is optional in Alma. We have controlled our statistics notes and would like to have the option of displaying the more human-readable descriptions in Analytics reports rather than the raw codes. This is how for instance statistical categories work in Analytics--you can display the code or the description. Institutions that have not controlled statistics notes could have null descriptions, or the description could be the code.

Separate_patron_notifications_by_library (extend to all Patron facing letters!!)
The following letter/emails are supported by the Separatepatronnotificationsbylibrary feature :
However, two important patron facing emails are missing here!
- the patron welcome letter!! -> This is the FIRST letter you send to a patron. In times of spam and phising preferably coming from a (the same) sensible library from address as the other letters.
- reset pw letter!! -> Same here - please make sure this has the same from address. You need to be able to trust this email!

Add "Linking Information" with direct URL to activated CZ portfolios for view in IZ
Add the ability to see an e-resource's direct URL (not the parser parameters) to the IZ view of activated community zone portfolios (similar to the "Linking Information" button/box that appears in the CZ view of a list of portfolios).

De-duplicate Brill "interfaces" in CZ
There are currently three separate Brill "interfaces" when one searches for Brill e-collections in the CZ - Brill, Brill Online Reference Works, and Brillonline. Would it be possible to de-duplicate the Brill e-collections so that everything appears under a single Brill interface?

Allow Resource Sharing Request status as displayed in user account to be customizable
When viewing resource sharing requests in a patrons account the system truncates the request status description. For example status of Ready to be sent is truncated to Ready. Desk staff (not always those who work directly with RS requests) see Ready they assume the item is available for pick up. While we can train staff given the large number of staff and turnover, ensuring everyone knows and retains the information about what those truncated status descriptions mean is a nearly impossible task. Add ability to abort jobs when they are for information only, such as when exporting data or running overlap analysis
Currently it is more common than not for jobs in Alma to be missing an option to Abort them under Monitor Jobs > Running.
This is a highly frustrating situation where the only option is to open a Support case to request for the job to be aborted, and wait days for response.
In the meantime, staff work is completely halted for this while we wait for Support.It is understandable that the Abort option is not present in cases where there could be negative impact on records, such as initiating an job update to change the records.

Display Suppressed icon in the "Call Number Index"
I would find it very helpful to have the "eye"-symbol displayed in the index for the Call Numbers. It explains why some identical Call Numbers exist. For example one of them might be missing and be replaced by a new copy of the book under the identical call number. If the missing book finds it way back to the libray the eye can be removed and the call number changed if needed.

Add "created by user" and "modified by user" Index in the Alma search
Now that the new relative date search exists in Alma, it would be very helpful to have another index "created by user" and "modified by user" to be able to search for records created or modified by a specific user within a relative date range.
For exemple, a user could be able to review all the records she/he createred the day before in a easy way.3 votes -

Allow 2 e-mail addresses to be in use for patrons who needs this. We have patrons that goes from being employee to private individual. Their e-mail as an employee stops working and they reciev no information about loans and so on. This would help a lot

Supply more accurate cancellation reason when Requests – Handle Expiration Step automatically cancels booking requests
If a booking request releases its release time before staff have had a chance to pull the item, I believe Alma's default behavior is for the Requests – Handle Expiration job to assign Missing status and to send a FulCancelRequestLetter stating that the "Requested material could not be located". This causes patrons, who sometimes pick same day booking release dates, to think we've lost their requested items. A better cancellation reason would be BookingReleaseTimePassed/Booking request passed its release time.

Contribute URL Type (Override) to community-managed collections when contributing portfolio changes
I locally changed the Free E- journals link for bioRxiv (PID: 53441287610000041) to a dynamic URL:

https://www.biorxiv.org/This allows the links on all the bioRxiv CDI records to go directly to the article. However, I can't contribute this change to the community because the "URL type (override)" won't go with it. So, my idea is to include that setting with any portfolio changes contributed via community-managed collections. This will allow the community to write more dynamic URLs and perhaps get those Free E- Journals links to link directly to articles, rather than to the journal's homepage.

Add "Any" as selectable format for Resource Sharing requests
The Resource Sharing request form does not allow a blank default (at least for books).
And you cannot have different default values for Article and Book requests.Having the option "Any" available would give flexibility and allow to have no default value.

Overlap analysis report - add a column for local versus CZ
Sometimes we have local portfolios attached to CZ collections. In the output overlap analysis reports that include IZ titles, it would be helpful to have a column which indicated whether the analyzed portfolio is a local portfolio or a CZ portfolio.
