Cancellation Reason Customization
It would be very helpful to be able to customize the Cancellation Reasons with a code table of some kind. Especially since the Cancellation Letter appears to pull directly from the Cancellation Reasons drop-down, being able to customize the cancellations would give flexibility in the wording of the letter and encompass any further changes to Cancellation Reasons in the future.

Many of the reasons provided are not meaningful. The ability to edit or add our own would be incredibly useful.

It would be more useful to expand the number of characters that can be used in the rejection message box. Reasons for rejecting requests and the specific links used to forward a student to resources really vary.

Current messages are difficult for clients to understand and can lead to unnecessary distress, if customised this could address individual circumstances well.

We also support this idea, a drop down with a good variety meaningful reasons would give additional flexibility to our cancellations to students.

Yes. The first item in the list is used infrequently: "Items moved." I don't even know what that means. We wanted to cancel because "Request filled with alternate means," but could not add that reason.

This is completely needed now with COVID. AVailable ebooks could be a reason to cancel.

Strongly support this idea.

Oh Yes please! If some reasons need to be reserved for Alma usage, then perhaps an "Additional Reasons" table that sites have complete control over could work. This model is used in some Course Reserves (Leganto) configuration.
Even if we can't change the code for the reserved reasons, can we at least change their labels ourselves.
This seems to be such an anomaly from the rest of Alma configuration.
