  2. Trials set up on one portfolio : survey form > portfolios tab -> only this single portfolio should display

    At the moment, when we set up a trial on one portfolio included in the collection X, if participants display the Portfolio tab of the survey form, all the portfolios of the collection X appear. What is very confusing for participants.

    Our resquest is : when we set up a trial on one portfolio, only this single portfolio should display in the portfolios tab of the survey form

  3. Payment integration - Supporting the import of detailed line payment information to a finance system

    Currently only the total amount paid for fines etc. can be imported to our Finance System. Can the ability to identify and import various payment types & amounts be developed. This would allow us to match payments to differing fundcodes on our finance system. Further supporting the idea of moving to cashless

  4. Re-assign a SUSHI 5 account

    Suppose you assign a COUNTER 5 SUSHI account for a specific vendor. You discover later that the SUSHI account should be set to a different vendor. You delete your vendor account and remove the SUSHI account. When you try to assign the SUSHI account to the correct vendor, you get an error message. The SUSHI job runs for the account regardless of whether or not it is on the correct vendor record. Please make it possible to re-assign a SUSHI account to a vendor record when you make a mistake.   5. Order lines - Simple / Advanced search: missing "PO line owner"

    Our colleagues are desperately missing the field "PO line owner" when searching for PO lines.

    In Simple search the field "PO line owner" is provided at least as an filter option in the results list.
    But the results list of the Advanced search does not provide filter options. :-(

  6. Duplicate orderline

    There are times when an orderline needs to be created for titles that come as a package. It would be very useful to have the ability to duplicate orderlines, so that funds, order types, renewal dates, existing notes, etc. do not have to be manually entered over and over.

  7. Include Attachments Tab Data in XML Output of Invoice Export

    Currently, when you send invoices to your S/FTP server, only data from the Summary tab and Invoice Lines tab are included in the XML output.

    We would like the data from the Attachments tab to be included in the XML output as well for our upcoming integration with Workday. Workday requires a URL for the attached invoice and the Attachments tab is the place to store this.

    These data also do not appear to be available via the API. Adding these data to both places would be ideal.

  8. In "Purchase Requests": Permit re-linking request to a Portfolio.

    Purchase requesters are permitted to both 'Use existing record' AND choose 'Requested format' = 'Electronic'.

    Please add the possibility of re-linking to an E-Portfolio--not just to a bibliographic record.

    Beginning an e-purchase with a bib rather than a portfolio requires a lot of fiddling around after the fact to correct the record so the bib is not suppressed, or mis-indexed. And who knows what's happening under the hood.

  10. Alma task lists: "Assign to me" and bulk actions

    In Alma task lists ...


    • Electronic resources - activation - unassigned (Electronic Resource Activation Task List)

    • Order Lines - review - unassigned (Purchase Order Lines in Review)

    • Invoices - review - unassigned (In Review Invoices)

    ... there is only a row action ("..." button) to start the "Assign to" dialog which opens a pop-up window where you can select a user. Our colleagues are not satisfied with this cumbersome assignment functionality.

    The missing functionalities are:
    (1) a one-click "Assign to me" button
    (2) a bulk functionality for "Assign to" and "Assign to me" (it is already possible to mark several…

  13. Add Additional Fields to the Create Purchase Request Form

    We have access services library staff who create purchase requests for items to place on reserve as well as requests from students and faculty. It would be very helpful to Acquisitions staff to have a few additional fields/enhancements on the Create Purchase Request form:


    1. Add a Receiving Note to the form - we add reserve information to the receiving note so that the staff member receiving the item sees that the item is for reserves. Checking the notes tab is an extra step and the note could easily be missed.


    2. Requester field. The requester automatically becomes an interested user, but…

  14. Copy of communications in the Attachments tab at POL level

    In each POL in the Attachments tab, the communications sent to the providers generated through a job are saved.
    It would be useful if manually generated communications from the Communications tab could also be viewed from the Attachments tab.

  15. Add a "Platform" field to SUSHI Release 5 Account Details

    A field for Platform needs to be added to the SUSHI Release 5 account details page. Some vendors, specifically Elsevier, require that platform information is included to harvest data via SUSHI.

    LibInsight provides a "platform" field in the SUSHI release 5 account set up. With COUNTER 4, the platform was provided before the customer ID (SD/C000000123). For release 5, a separate field is required.

  16. Add item policy column to Received Items List

    When receipting books, one of the checks we make is the Item Policy. All our other checks (Shelf mark, location, barcode etc.) are on the Received Items List page, but when we go to check the item policy, the column is not there. We have to go into each one individually to check the item policy.
    I tried looking in the 'Manage column display' option, but the item policy column is not listed there. Please could it be added in?

  17. Setting a pickup location for interested users

    It would be nice to set the pickup location as you do with requests. Currently the item goes to the "owning library" and the pickup is set there. We have Faculty that prefer different libraries for pickup so if a book is purchased but we allocated it to a Science Library but the faculty goes to a different library we can't set the pickup for that item.

    When manually associating a PO Line under the Additional section of a POL, this association should also populate an entry on the Associated PO Lines tab

  19. Link holdings when creating an order for an existing physical standing order.

    Currently when a new order is created for an existing standing order, with "Assign inventory manually" checked, the user has to create the POL then exit before entering the supplier, price, fund code, and other information.
    The POL then has to be linked to the holdings, which is an entirely separate process. Only when this is done can the necessary order information be entered.
    Allowing the user to link to existing holdings as part of creating the order would make this a much more seamless process.

  20. Make invoice lines "Ready" in bulk.

    EDI invoices load lines with the status "In Review". These can be checked against the invoice copy in the Invoice Details tab, but making them "Ready" requires clicking the ellipsis then "Edit" then "Save".
    This has to be done manually for each line which significantly slows the process of getting the invoice paid. There needs to be a way to select all invoice lines and make them ready at one time.
    Other libraries may get larger or smaller invoices but in any given week we usually get EDI invoices with a hundred or more lines.
