We would like the ability to renew a shared e-collection.
The new FY year price would be displayed in the negotiated license and then a renew button would be available. the library would see the new FY cost and then renew or cancel that subscription.
Then this renewal or cancel would notify the NZ administrator.

It would streamline workflows where it's decided additional copies are required for stock if a purchase request could be made from the Edit Citations page within Alma. At the moment requests can only be placed to move or digitise the content.6 votes
Currently, Alma will only allow you to manually upload an EDI invoice file from a local folder. If you map an FTP site shortcut to your desktop and attempt to manually upload the EDI invoice file from that location, it will say there is an error. I have confimed that Alma does not currently support manual EDI invoice file uploading from ftp sites, only when you configure it to run automatically.
Import profiles support both processes, so it seems like this area of Alma should support both manual and automatic uploads from FTP sites as well.18 votes
Currently to make changes to a SUSHI account you must do each account individually. This means if some detail of our SUSHI credentials changes for a vendor we have to manually make that change on each SUSHI account we have set up for that vendor, which could be 8+ accounts.
It would be really good if we could select multiple SUSHI accounts and then make a change across all of them, e.g. updating the URL or RequestorID etc.5 votes
When SUSHI harvests a report that has no usage for the selected dates, it is labeled as invalid. This is misleading. As long as all the correct headings for the report are in place, the report should be considered valid.42 votes
Now only one sequence with numeric prefix is allowed; if I want to add multiple sequences with numeric prefix, I have to add a random alphabetic prefix and then remove it. Please allow adding multiple sequences with numeric prefix.3 votes
When several orders for items with existing holdings are being created it would be helpful to be able to have "Assign inventory manually" automatically checked.
This most often occurs with serials when new orders are being created because of a vendor change. We close the old PO in order to preserve the history and create a new one with the new vendor.0 votes
Under the note tab gets filled up with "The PO Line has renewed automatically on (renewal date) by the system" as each year passes. This note should be in the history tab. The note field should be about important information pertaining to the subscription only.1 vote
We would like to be able to differentiate how print and electronic POLs roll over.
If either of the following could be done to address this, it would be great.

Currently when receiving an item back ordered item (ordered 4 but received 1) the process is you receive just the one and the invoice just the one item. But when the other 3 items have been received Alma is closing the POL once they have been received? This is causing issues as the Supervisor must then delete the invoice and unreceive the item and start again. After checking all the learning material and ex-Libris/Alma videos there is no way for a person to be doing this and the Pals from the area have even watched the whole process and it is being done correctly. This is very stressful and I would like to know why this is occurring and if anyone else has had this issue.

The Usage sections of Alma are extremely slow. Please improve the overall performance of the Usage Data Loader, and especially the Missing Data Tab (which can take multiple minutes to load). Also, create a Usage search option in the general Alma search for such things as:
Data Start Date
Data End Date
We don't always want to use Analytics to find the answer to a simple question.20 votes
It would be fantastic if a receiving note option was included for electronic resources as it is for print resources (a field which can be extracted for analytics). The current notes field can not be accessed via analytics and it is therefore difficult to track trends in usage, information about cohorts using different resources, reasons for purchasing, etc.31 votes
Currently the POLs could be modified even if the status is closed. In order to prevent the mistake we wish that the closed pol can not be modified and have a view function for the closed POLs.2 votes
We would like inventory to be linked to multiple licenses. Some resources are licensed with two entities...the content provider and the access provider. An example of this is APA. If we choose to have our APA content hosted by another provider (which is an option), we must have a license with both APA (content provider) and the access provider.
Currently, we need to choose only one license to link the inventory to. Which one do we choose?100 votes
In a disencumbrance transaction, Alma does not apply the reporting code assigned to an encumbrance to the disencumbrance. Because we use the reporting codes as a part of funds allocation, this practice causes the disencumbrance to be ignored thus overreporting the encumbrance for the reporting code. Please apply the reporting code of the encumbrance being disencumbered to the transaction of the disencumbrance.4 votes
Please consider adding a confirmation message when an item for a continuous title (e.g. print serial) has been successfully received. This messaging--which would be similar to the "success" screen when checking in serials in Aleph--would make the process much clearer for student workers who often handle this task in academic libraries.

Please make it an option to receive an issue, without having to navigate away to the specific "Receiving" page, if you are looking at it on an items list. Often I'll be working on items and notice that one of them is not received when it should be, but I can't change that without interrupting my workflow or opening a new window.18 votes
We really have the requirement to delete a POL attached to a PO in our daily work, we will have to reopen the POL and then cancel it and then delete it, it’s kind of complicated and can we delete it directly?12 votes
The Legal Deposit method of acquisition allows for letters of acknowledgment to be sent to the vendor by automatic email from Alma after the item is received on Alma.
This functionality is lacking for the 'Gift' method of acquisition. As standard we like to send an acknowledgement to all of our donors and it would be ideal if Alma could automate this process as it does for Legal Deposit acknowledgements. The functionality to send an 'order' letter for a gift is there - but not for acknowledgement of receipt, which is actually the wrong way around for our requirements.4 votes
