Add Library Tag (Course Reserves) field to the subject areas where Active Course code is already (eg Physical Items and E Inventory)
Currently we can get the Active Course codes to display in other Subject areas, such as E inventory or Physical Items, and this is very useful for several of our reports... but it would be significantly more useful if the report could also display the Library tag to indicate how important the item is. There is a big difference between items that are CORE and items that are Further reading. While it is possible to do a report based on another report- it would be much simpler if we could just add the tags to our original report.

Analytics : "Inventory Price" and subtotal
Currently, in Analytics, it is impossible to subtotal the "Inventory Price" column.
The answer from Ex Libris: the "Inventory Price" field is a "Text" field; it is therefore impossible to have a sum of the field in text format (in the Oracle sense).

Create a single field in Analytics to identify Open Access resources
If I want to create a report for all of our activated OA resources, I have to use fields such as CDI Search Rights, CDI Full Text Rights, Service is Free etc. to capture all possible candidates and manually remove resources that are not really OA. It would be helpful to have a field that reliably identifies OA resources.

Make the current publication location discoverable in Analytics
When a record contains both a 260 and 264 field, Analytics will only display the publication location from the 260 field, which often isn't the current publisher's location if a publisher change has occurred. This is also inconsistent with how the publisher field works. The publisher field returns all publishers, separated by a semicolon, but publication place only returns the original publisher's location. Not returning all publication locations makes it difficult to do maintenance on the 260, 264, or 008 country code fields. It also doesn't allow you to accurately record collection development statistics by current country of publication.

Analytics - increase maximum Excel export file size
Excel export from an analysis currently maxes out at 65002 rows, maybe because it's exporting in an early Excel format. Can this be changed to allow the current maximum of 1,048,576 rows?
(I know that .csv export allows more rows.)

Make “Public access model for “Owned” purchase model” retrievable in Analytics query
When an Ebook Central ebook in the CZ is both owned and available in a subscribed subscription collection, the unlimited users license appears in the portfolio tab Acquisitions/Public Access model, and the number of users for the owned copy appears in "Public access model for "Owned" purchase model." Analytics cannot report out '“Public access model for “Owned” purchase model” in any case. All I can get is Public Access Model. SUMIF function for Alma Analytics
There is currently no way to do a SUMIF function within Alma Analytics. In Excel, a formula like =SUMIF(A:A, A2, B:B) will perform the following operation: it will look for duplicates in the first column and if present, sum the numbers in the second column and output them in the third column. This is particularly helpful when trying to determine something like the total number of serial volumes per library (or some similar metric) without using the subtotal function. Please add 3xx field support in Bibliographic Details dimension of Alma Analytics
Currently there are many fields in the 3xx range which are not supported OTB in the Bibliographic Details dimension of Alma Analytics.
We have mapped 300 to a Local Param several years ago, but we are stymied in our work updating to RDA consistently as the desired foundation for then considering LOD work in BIBFRAME, given this is a key area with many 3xx fields utilised such as 334, 335, 336, 337, 338, 340, 344, 345, 346, 347, 380 and 382.

Adding 'Normalized Item Call Number' field to analytics, similar to existing 'Normalized call number' field
We would like to have 'Normalized Item Call Number', derived from 'Item Call Number', in analytics. This field is similar to 'Normalised Call Number' derived from holdings 'Call number'

Add read-only parameter to Users > Role
In the Users subject area, you can report on roles, but not if a role is read-only. This means that reporting on who has administrator roles is very confusing and implies more access than may actually exist. That value needs to be added to this subject area.

Permitting Access to Analytics Objects via Alma User Name
Accessing Analytics objects is only controlled via roles, and that makes it almost impossible to set permission for a certain report to a single colleague or even a limited number of colleagues. Thus access is granted either for a large number of persons, or just somebody with a high level of permissions (administrators).
Our workaround is mostly using scheduled reports, which can be distributed via email address or Alma user name, but a similar approach should be there for non-scheduled Analytics objects from the Analytics menu.

Alma Analytics: Usage Data Subject Area
In Alma Design Analytics, add "Fund Ledger" to the folders in the "Usage Data" Subject Area. Collections staff want to be able to look up titles they have ordered out of their "Fund Ledger Codes" and see how much they have been used, especially TotalItemRequests. The decimal-point breakdowns of usage in the "Cost Usage" folder in the "E-Inventory" Subject Area are too confusing/convoluted, and only use UniqueTitle/ItemRequests.

Expand Number of User Identifiers in Analytics
In Alma Analytics, when running User analyses, only two user Identifier options are made available under the Users | User Details subject area. Each of these two Identifier options can be associated with a single user identifier type by Ex Libris, requiring that a case be opened with Ex Libris to change that association as needed. Given that there is no limit to the number of user record identifier types in Alma for an institution, having only two user identifiers readily available in Analytics is very limiting and inefficient. Add permanent location code or name to fulfillment analytics
Under Alma Analytics we want to request that Ex Libris add the field of permanent location code or name to the fulfillment area of analytics. We need to be able to grab the count of items in a library and how many of those items (held) in that library have circulated by any mean (resource sharing, digitization, loan, etc.). Primo measure for number of Quick Link titles
Role: for deep analytics user and system administrator.
Proposed feature: Create a Primo measure in Analytics for the number of titles with a Quick Link, denote either PDF or HTML and also allow for method of purchase: OA, purchased or subscribed. It would be helpful to exclude any quick link generated from Unpaywall or create a separate measure if necessary.
