Create 'View Analytics' role
Some of our library staff need to be able to view Analytics dashboards that we have set up for them in Alma but don't need to be able to do anything else in the system, so even a role such as 'Circulated Desk Operator - Limited' gives them options that they don't require. It would be useful to have a role available that allows staff to see the Analytics menu and the Reports section of that menu, but nothing or little else. That role could then be used as the basic role for making Analytics dashboards visible to staff, with only dashboards or reports that have a more restricted audience being made available on the basis of other roles.

Currently, Alma allows analytics admin to share direct links of reports/dashboards with anyone in the user list.

As a solution to this request, we did not create a new role, but rather added the option for analytics administrators to share direct links of reports / dashboards with anyone in the users list.

I'd like to give this votes if I had any spare ones. Good idea!

We have this in Primo, currently, and will want it in Alma when we go to VE this coming year.

This would be a nice way to allow public service librarians that do not work in Alma the ability to view reports/dashboards. For example, I have a dashboard setup that includes journal usage information for each subject librarian that is involved with renewal decisions so they can see data on their assigned journals.
