We plan to add more granular design analytics roles, which will have access according to the attached table.

The granular roles will allow user to access analytics without being exposed to user details.

Users and system data will be restricted to those with relevant roles.

The table describes which roles have access to each of the analytics Subject Areas, and whether there are additional restrictions.

    Release is planned for November.

    Please note:

"Licenses" will be available for Acquisitions role and not for Resources role as previously stated.

    Amended plan:
Since the field names Non Public Note and Public Note are already in the "Holdings details" folder of the "Physical Items" subject area, we will be using the following labels.

    "E-Location Non Public Note" for 866 $x
    "E-Location Public Note" for 866 $z

Our plan is to add two new fields to "Holdings details" folder of the "Physical Items" subject area. Field "Non-Public Note" for 866 $x and field "Public Note" for 866 $z. If there are multiple fields and/or subfields, the text will be concatenated and separated by a semi-colon.

    Dear Colleagues,

I agree that this is an issue requiring a solution, and am happy to let you know that you can easily fix this yourselves without customizing any headings.
When you create a new filter (or edit an existing filter) you can check a box for "Convert this filter to SQL". Clicking OK will open another pop-up, click OK again.
You will then see both the folder name and the field name in the filters. See the attached file for an example.
If this solution does not work, please let me know.

    Thanks,
    Shoshana
