Add mandatory choices for Digitization Request page

For the Get It option of Digitization Request page in Primo, we want to be able to set some fields in the form as mandatory on demand, as a digitization request without specifying the detail is invalid. Only if we can set the following fields as mandatory, the number of invalid requests could get reduced.

Except calculateDigitButton, all other options could be customized as mandatory in Primo VE.

We would also like to have the possibility to configure mandatory fields in the Digitization Request form if we want the user to specify a field in the form. This would be very helpful to reduce back-and-forth-email-communication in specifying what users really need to have digitised.

It would be good if it looked more like the Resource Sharing Form Customization where you can change the order, say if mandatory and also if visible.

This should also apply to the Primo VE configuration for Digitization Requests.
Staff are having to spend time either cancelling those that have no information or contacting the requester and asking for more details.

This enhancement could reduce invalid digitization requests by forcing input data to follow a standard.
