    It would be good if it looked more like the Resource Sharing Form Customization where you can change the order, say if mandatory and also if visible.

    This should also apply to the Primo VE configuration for Digitization Requests.
    Staff are having to spend time either cancelling those that have no information or contacting the requester and asking for more details.

    We have our Circulation desks support digitization so that patron digitization requests go to the relevant Circ desk for the item. If this suggestion was to go ahead we would not want our current workflow changed at all.
