Enable/disable letter activity at the Library Level
Currently it is only possible to enable and disable letters at the institution level.
Initially Alma documentation said this was possible:
"The Letter Activity mapping table (Configuration Menu > General > General Configuration > Letter Activity) lists all of the letters and enables you to enable/disable them for an institution or a library."
However this was a "documentation defect" and you can only toggle letter activity at the institution level.
We would like to disable the "FulCancelRequestLetter" from our Resource Sharing Library and see the ability to turn on/off letters at the library level as desirable functionality.

"How to prevent printing specific slips and notifications at specific locations" would be a useful workaround for this except that making use of these instructions results in flagging any unsent messages as errors even though it's working as you intended by inserting the bit of XSL. Which means you can no longer tell real errors from the "errors" created by XSL working as intended. I submitted a support ticket to Ex Libris and they said that these error flags were working as intended. Therefore the solution described at <https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Alma/Knowledge_Articles/How_to_prevent_printing_specific_slips_and_notifications_at_specific_locations> is not a viable solution until the error messages stop showing up because of XSL working correctly.
So we're definitely interested in having this feature to enable/disable letters at the library level.

Another case would be the ability to have a notice that normally goes out based on the library to go out for the entire institution. Example: fines/fee notification letter is sent out per library for fees generated for items at a specific library. It would be preferable to get one notice for all fees on your account no matter the library - for all libraries at that institution.

We would also be interested in the ability to customize the content of letters at the library level. For example, the law library and the main library would both like to use the InterestedIn letter to notify users of new books. At the law library, we will deliver these books to faculty offices if the faculty member is interested, and we'd like our letter to come from our circulation email so that if the faculty member replies, it comes to us instead of the main library.

I am interested in this feature as well and would be willing to test and provide feedback if desired. We would like to print letters routed to specific printers based on the content of each letter.
DESIRED TASK:
1. Go to ALMA CONFIGURATION > GENERAL > CUSTOMIZE LETTERS
2. For organization, University of Denver > Change Organization Unit > [here you would be able to select your library and multiple libraries]
3. Be able to customize letter, ../xsl/letters/[LETTER NAME HERE].xsl
Currently the wysiwg text area is greyed out and cannot be edited.
