I am out of votes. But really want this. Also I think this request could go farther. The bursars integration profile could be more flexible with more criteria for determining when to send fees. Expired accounts are one of them. We get around this by putting the fees in dispute which is not optimal. Adding statistical category would be nice. I could then collapse additional user groups.

The loan status will show recalled if request on item. You can change the wording on that label to be more meaningful.
Another case would be the ability to have a notice that normally goes out based on the library to go out for the entire institution. Example: fines/fee notification letter is sent out per library for fees generated for items at a specific library. It would be preferable to get one notice for all fees on your account no matter the library - for all libraries at that institution.
