Flag items requested by another user in Patron Services screen
Our desk staff would like to be able to see at a glance which of the items a user has on loan has been requested.
We often have a scenario where a user presents at the desk with a blocked account. We can tell that one or more of the books they have on loan must have been requested, but need to 'View queue' for each of them to find out which ones have a request placed on them.It would be useful to be able to see this information at a glance.
Perhaps a column in the loan list in the Patron Services screen could be a flag to show if a book has been requested by another user.
> The loan status will show recalled if request on item.
> You can change the wording on that label to be more meaningful.
This works well with a single item of a title. But if I have several items of the same title,
I'll only see it on one copy. The one which, at the time of the request is expected to be the first to be returned.
Three copies, all borrowed. But the reservation is only on one
Borrowing account visible.

That will be very useful! We have title-level requests and sometimes the loan status is normal, although the queue shows a request of another patron. Thanks!

The loan status will show recalled if request on item. You can change the wording on that label to be more meaningful.
