Configure courtesy loan letters by location or item policy.
It would be nice to be able to configure courtesy loan letters by either location or item policy, so that letters aren't generated for a 2 hour reserve.

We would like to have courtesy notice by location of a library or by user group.

We'd like this ability, too! We'd like to be able to have a different courtesy notice for faculty than we send for students. Right now there's only one notice template and it's either on for everyone or off for everybody.
