We would also be interested in the ability to customize the content of letters at the library level. For example, the law library and the main library would both like to use the InterestedIn letter to notify users of new books. At the law library, we will deliver these books to faculty offices if the faculty member is interested, and we'd like our letter to come from our circulation email so that if the faculty member replies, it comes to us instead of the main library.
