When sending a file to another library, it should be possible to Preview the file before sending it to ensure better quality control

It would be useful if the sid that identifies the source of an openURL could be passed into the Source field of the Resource sharing form in Alma. eg sid=google would add google to the Source field.
This was possible in our previous system and was very useful

Is there any way to order the delivery format codes, or just have the ones we use regularly. Currently there are several in the drop down list that are not used, there are 14 and we only use 3. It can be difficult to find the one you need sometimes. If we can order them this will stop errors occuring.

Resource Sharing actions carried out via Manage Fulfillment Options should appear in the Audit tab by date and operator.

Currently Resource Sharing letters must be printed out. Is there a way to add a "view it" link so that staff can preview the letter when printing is unavailable?

Once a book has been physically received, it would be great if it automatically linked to the the patron account. This would save me an extra step of having to check out the book out to the patron. Thanks!

Having "next request" and "previous request" options/buttons when working within a group/category of resource sharing requests within ALMA (e.g. cancelled by patron/staff) similar to OCLC's Worldshare

Automatic location of Borrowing items would be more effective if Keyword and Year were available in the Locate Profile.

In cataloging, when we look at an authority record (in the community zone) we need to know if the subject heading is authorized to be subdivided by place, for example ($z California $z San Francisco)

To find a resource sharing request more easily allow searches to be across multiple fields. e.g Robertson cancer nursing. Searching Robertson as the patron and cancer nursing as keywords in the title.

Currently when a resource sharing request is changed to a purchase request our doc del team have to change the same settings everytime. It would be better if we could set defaults on this process, so this team doesn't have to keep changing the same settings.

We have noticed some Resource Sharing requests appearing in the Activate Next tab on the Expired Hold Shelf (Fulfillment). Activate Next activates the next request in the queue, which cancels the first request and makes the item available to the next requester. However, within our workflows Resource Sharing requests don't have a queue of requesters. If the request automatically goes to the another patron, the next patron will not have signed the copyright declaration.

Due to multiple inactive patron lending requests please consider a rejected lending requests workflow.

It should be possible to Complete a request when using Ship Item Digitally in the same way that this option exists when supplying via Ship Item

We sometimes receive physical books where only chapters were requested via Resource Sharing as the chapter details requested by us as the Borrower do not appear in the Lenders view (even although they are also an Ex Libris client). This slows down turn around time and adds postage costs where only scans were required.

There is a significant problem which is for requests going to the British Library. The ARTEmail output from ALMA emailed to the British Library has the Author line missing. There we are receiving the wrong items, while we attempt to set up the BLDSS API.

We need to Edit the list of partners in a Shipping Cost Lender Rule and not just Delete the entire input parameter.
