Saved Records Print out in Brief Display
A second print option should be added so that saved records can be printed as a list, with the same brief display elements in the Pinned record display (title, author, citation). The current print option include the entire record (notes, abstracts, ToC etc.) and if one is part of a consortium, all the holdings in the other member libraries.

Suppress dedup/FRBR for external records in Primo VE
Following the introduction of support for FRBR and dedup for external records in the February Primo VE release, it should be possible to apply suppress rules for FRBR and dedup to external data, in the same way you currently can for local records.

Configure detail shown in My Library Card
In Primo VE, under Loan tab of My Library Card, the display of detail for each loan item cannot be configured. Therefore, library users can see many unnecessary detail such as Call number 2, ILS institutional code and ILS institutional name etc.

"see" references also for the browsing by title
Hello,
our (public) case #00518038 has confirmed that the "see" references to not-preferred forms in a browse search are implemented only for Authors and subjects.
We ask the implementation also for the titles
Thanks,

Search Slot/Scope/Profile Usage in Primo Analytics
We would like to be able to report the total number of searches that have been performed in each search/slot/scope/profile that we have configured in Primo. Currently the only report in Analytics that has Search Scope search information is the Zero Results Report.
This information will provide invaluable information about our user behaviour and will help us in the customization of the Primo interface to meet the needs of our clients by assisting in decisions regarding adding or removing search profiles/scopes.

Virtual Browse Improvements
We see great value in Primo’s virtual browse and would like to see it improved. As more libraries move physical collections offsite it is critical to provide comparable discovery and browse experiences in our online environments.
First, we would like to be able to embed the virtual browse into other places like our own library website or Springshare’s Libguides. This would increase visibility and usage of the virtual browse.
Second, we would like the user to be able to start a virtual browse by using a keyword or call number search.
Third, we would like the virtual browse to support…

"Load more results" button in My account / Loans / Previous and historic loans
In the same way as there is now a 'load more results' button in My favorites / Saved records, we would like to see a 'load more results' button in My account / Loans / Previous and historic loans.

Restrict discoverability of e-resources for walk in users to those resources they are licenced to use
We're looking to restrict the discoverability of electronic resources for walk in users to those resources they are licenced to use.
Ideally, Primo would identify that the walk in users were from a certain IP range and in combination with an Alma licence
condition which allowed walk-in use to the resources, it would allow them to discover the resource.41 votes -
Add records from Citation-only databases and/or "Citation Availability" statements
We need to give our users access to the wide range of content to which we subscribe, including the records in citation-only databases. If we subscribe to a resource and activate it in Alma, we would like these resources to be included in our "Filter by availability" searches in Primo VE -- even if the content is citation rather than full article text. When we "expand my results", too much additional content (such as non-licensed ebooks from selected packages) are included. We want to be able to include citation records but exclude inaccessible content. There isn't a way to do…

Make it possible to remove the 'until' date in OAI request for all pipes
Each time a pipe harvesting using OAI method is run, the OAI request set the 'until' parameter to the time the pipe is run. Here is an example of such OAI request: https://ourjournals.ac.nz/index.php/LPR/oai?verb=ListRecords&metadataPrefix=oai_dc&from=2018-11-05T01:44:31Z&until=2018-12-01T22:40:07Z When the target OAI feeds contain records do not have a date stamp, it will be automatically filled with the date/time the record is accessed by the OAI harvester. This means that all these records without a date stamp will never be harvested into Primo as they will be always have a later date stamp than the 'until' parameter. We would like to see an option to…

To have a “Saved Query” feature at the top of the search results at Journal Search page
Currently, only the general search has this "Saved Query" feature in the search result. We would like to have this feature when searching at Journal Search page too.

Make the New Primo UI more CSS friendly
While the new Primo interface gave us more power to extend functionality via JavaScript it does not do the same for modifications via CSS due to the lack of properly marked up content.
In some parts of the New UI the content is well described, often with custom HTML elements, but there are also many places, often in the higher levels in the DOM tree, where better described selectors (preferably through classes) are needed.
For example, there is currently no selector that show the current system that is being displayed. The <prm-explore>-element could have the current system being shown as…

View Primo as someone else / different types of users
View Primo as "someone else". It would be useful to view our Primo-page as different types of users. Being able to view Primo as an internal user, or a student, or staff member, or an external user, would help us troubleshoot configuration and settings in Alma. Have we activated the right functionality for the different user groups? Have we hidden what we want to hide?
tl;dr: Facebook's "View as" functionality in Primo.

Adding Faculty Affiliation and Patron Degree Level to Resource Sharing Form
We would like to add two drop-down fields to the Primo RS form:
1. Faculty affiliation of requester e.g. Humanities, Social Sciences, etc...
2. Degree level of student e.g. BA, MA, PhD etc...These fields would obviously need to appear on the Alma form and be retrievable via Analytics

Allow analytics to display what resources are most selected after a certain search query
It would be great to see which resources are most selected after a certain search query.
This wouldn't even have to be an exhaustive list-- even just seeing the top three selected results for the top 100 search strings would help us better tailor recommendations (particularly in Resource Recommender) for popular search terms.

My Library Account: add Recalled Loans Tab
It would be very beneficial for library patrons to be able to view their recalled loans, at a glance, when checking their library account in Primo; please could you add a Recalled Loans tab to the Overview section of My Library Account

Add a checkbox to the Resource Sharing form to show errors when searching
Our institution feels it would be beneficial to have a checkbox on the resource sharing form that allows a patron to select if they encountered an error when searching for an article/book. Often there are articles that will not open or maybe link to the wrong item. We want the patron to be able to let the library staff know they encountered a problem and are now requesting the text via ILL. This allows library staff to easily see what information the patron was trying to access and then troubleshoot why they were not able to access it.
This checkbox…3 votes -
My Favourites/ My Favorites: Drag and drop labels to saved items
It would be helpful to users if they could drag and drop existing labels to add them to records they've 'pinned' in My Favourites.
Once you have a large number of pinned items and labels drag and drop would be quicker and easier than opening the 'edit labels' block for each record.

[Primo] - Add an enabled / disabled status field to pipes
It would be useful to have an enabled / disabled status field in the Pipe definition.
For example delete pipes or rarely used pipes could be disabled and enabled only when needed, thus minimizing the risk of launching/scheduling them by mistake.
This would also mitigate the current lack of the possibility to deleted old / unused pipes (see https://ideas.exlibrisgroup.com/forums/308176-primo/suggestions/19994728-allow-deletion-of-old-unused-pipes ). Disabling them would be an improvement.11 votes
