  1. Item search in amazon. Can we add the webpage of our local vendor?

    When we order books, we have to fill in the data in metadataeditor. Could we be able to search the homepage of our local supplier?

  2. Link holdings when creating an order for an existing physical standing order.

    Currently when a new order is created for an existing standing order, with "Assign inventory manually" checked, the user has to create the POL then exit before entering the supplier, price, fund code, and other information.
    The POL then has to be linked to the holdings, which is an entirely separate process. Only when this is done can the necessary order information be entered.
    Allowing the user to link to existing holdings as part of creating the order would make this a much more seamless process.

  3. Add "Invoice was disapproved by your manager" in facet

    If Alma invoice approval is configured, the invoice manager can disaprove an invoice. That invoice is then sent back to "in review". An alert in the invoice tells us "Invoice was disapproved by your manager"

    When searching for invoices, there is no facet (or any other way) to quickly identify which invoices have been disapproved by the manager. We have to edit each invoice in review to see if the alert is there.

    We would like to have this facet or any other solution that would improve the workflow.

  4. Increase character limit for Vendor Reference Number field in the PO Line & accept non alphanumeric characters

    We are seeing longer and longer SNAs from vendors for titles. And, since we want to be billed at the title level whenever possible, so that we have the best cost/use data available, we often ask to be billed at the title level.
    To do this, the Vendor Reference Number field in the POL needs to be at least 15 characters long. Additionally, it needs to accept hyphens, as many package SNAs have a common root, followed by a hyphen, and then a suffix for the specific title.

  5. Add History to Vendor Records

    Currently, there is no tab or area in the Vendor List in Alma to note Vendor Record history, as there is for items, orders and other areas. This would greatly help us investigate any problems, issues, or track changes, especially if we have multiple people with the Vendor Manager Role activated in order to manage the various EDI, contact information, and usage data tabs.

  6. Activating Ebooks - moving the done button away from the delete button

    Could you move the DONE button to the top of the list when activating ebooks? Having the DONE and DELETE buttons next to each other means it is easy to click on the wrong button by mistake.

  7. POL can support different currency

    Currently, Alma can only support one currency for all POLs in one PO. We would like to Alma can allow POL to use different currency under same PO.

  8. Purchase order line details (subscriptions)

    Under the note tab gets filled up with "The PO Line has renewed automatically on (renewal date) by the system" as each year passes. This note should be in the history tab. The note field should be about important information pertaining to the subscription only.

  10. Auto update to Resource Locate Status

    When we purchase a material thought the request from Leganto, after the item is delivered and processed by Library, the Resources Locate Status is still "Resource Located" but not "Check Availability", it is necessary to make the Alma update automatically.

  13. When adding invocie line, Secondary Reporting Code and Tertiary Reporting Code which is empty in POL will be set to a default value from the

    For ‘add invoice line’ operation after typing the POL number the system will bring the POL’s information such as total price, reporting code, Secondary Reporting Code and Tertiary Reporting Code, which is good. But we want the information for Secondary Reporting Code and Tertiary Reporting Code to override the information from configuration > acquisitions > purchase order > Secondary Reporting Code/Tertiary Reporting Code. Even if the POL’s Secondary Reporting Code and Tertiary Reporting Code are empty, which currently will be set to a default value from the configuration.

  16. Allow batch deletion of POLs

    After we set up our Alma Ebook Central integration, thousands of technical PO lines were created for our triggered DDA requests. We already had POLs for these titles, so we want to delete the duplicate POLs. Currently, they have to be deleted manually. Please create a job that allows you to delete POLs in batch.

  17. Identification of Reply vs Response in Communication tab of POL

    It would be useful to be able to easily identify a Reply vs a Response when looking at all of the 'Answers' associated with a Communication in a POL. Perhaps an arrow could indicate which direction the communication occurred ? e.g. an arrow pointing to the left ('out') if it is a Reply from us to the vendor, or an arrow pointing to the right ('in') if it is a Response from the vendor.   18. Acquisition Renewals for NZ e-collections

    We would like the ability to renew a shared e-collection.
    The new FY year price would be displayed in the negotiated license and then a renew button would be available. the library would see the new FY cost and then renew or cancel that subscription.
    Then this renewal or cancel would notify the NZ administrator.
    (similar to the functionality in ConsortiaManager).

  19. Allow a default setting for "Assign Inventory Manually".

    When several orders for items with existing holdings are being created it would be helpful to be able to have "Assign inventory manually" automatically checked.
    This most often occurs with serials when new orders are being created because of a vendor change. We close the old PO in order to preserve the history and create a new one with the new vendor.

  20. Trials - table & report for Purchase Decision field

    For the Purchase Decision field in a Trial we would like to have -
    1/ Ability to add new Purchase Decisions via a table similar to other areas of Alma. At the moment only options are Yes or No
    2/ Be able to run a report (or filter) on this field so we can take to collection development meetings if Purchase Decision was, for example, Future Purchase
