Ability to make financial adjustments to previous fiscal years after rollover
We would like to be able to make financial adjustments to prior fiscal years after rollover occurs. We want to complete rollover in a timely fashion to be able to continue business as usual, however our University's closing occurs later than we complete rollover in Alma and there are times when I need to adjust Alma to match any last minute general ledger changes.

Ability to aggregate claims to one vendor should be made available for Legal deposit
For the acquisition method “Purchase” the letter “PO line claim letter” is used, for the acquisition method “Legal deposit” and “Legal deposit - without letter” the “Legal deposit claim letter” is used. For the “Purchase” acquisition method an additional claim letter is available “PO Line Aggregated Claim Letter”, which in the event of there being more than one claim to the same vendor aggregates these into one letter. Finished claiming job does not give the library the option to check which vendors received a claim letter
When a claiming job is finished running in Alma you can view “events” from the finished job. This gives a line for each claim processed in the job, and lists three different identifiers: JOBID, POLINEID and VENDORID. None of these identifiers are searchable for the library, and the library then have no option to control what letters were sent in that specific job. Add a new privilege to the "Purchasing Operator" role which will prevent users with this role from being able to delete items
This Idea was submitted by ExLibris to check the community support for the following enhancemnet:
Currently, users with "Purchasing Operator" role can delete items, the existing logic behind this is, when a PO line is created (even before it is received), there is a need for the Purchasing Operator to be able to delete the item in case of an error on the order.This Idea suggest to add a new privilege to the Purchasing Operator role which will prevent this user from being able to delete items - the new privilege should be enabled by default to maintain existing…

Trials - table & report for Purchase Decision field
For the Purchase Decision field in a Trial we would like to have -
1/ Ability to add new Purchase Decisions via a table similar to other areas of Alma. At the moment only options are Yes or No
2/ Be able to run a report (or filter) on this field so we can take to collection development meetings if Purchase Decision was, for example, Future Purchase

Allow a default setting for "Assign Inventory Manually".
When several orders for items with existing holdings are being created it would be helpful to be able to have "Assign inventory manually" automatically checked.
This most often occurs with serials when new orders are being created because of a vendor change. We close the old PO in order to preserve the history and create a new one with the new vendor.0 votes -
Acquisition Renewals for NZ e-collections
We would like the ability to renew a shared e-collection.
The new FY year price would be displayed in the negotiated license and then a renew button would be available. the library would see the new FY cost and then renew or cancel that subscription.
Then this renewal or cancel would notify the NZ administrator.

SUSHI Account filter and a new filter under the Usage Data tab of the Vendor Details page
Can the SUSHI Account filter under the Usage Data tab of the Vendor Details page list only the SUSHI Accounts that have been used to harvest usage that particular vendor?
Also, I think it would be great if we could filter the usage reports under the Usage Data tab of the Vendor Details page by COUNTER release version (4 vs 5).
