Retain Course Reserves info in Alma Analytics
It would be helpful if the system would retain information about course reserves in Analytics, even after things are deleted in Alma. It would be useful to be able to look back over various terms and see what courses were run and when.

We are a small institution, but after 6 years in Alma, we are starting to drown in archived courses and reading lists that we haven't deleted for analytics purposes.

Yes, retaining course information in Alma Analytics is useful especially for reporting purposes or, in our institution’s case, for dashboard integration as it allows us to track reading list usage trends over the years. Additionally, please consider making the 'Note' field from the course information tab exportable in Alma Analytics.

Duke would support this. This is a feature gap and inconsistency with other areas in Alma and Analytics that needs to be resolved, even if the community does not have enough votes to surface it in the rankings.

I also have no votes left, but would like to vote for this one.

I have no votes left, but this would assist us with our historical reporting such as KPIs like... the proportion of courses that had published resource lists. We have to manually retain the count of courses in the past or avoid deleting old ones.
